Wow just read the whole thread and this is really cool lol. I am not good with decyphering (sp?) codes or anything like that but i'll try to help in any way i can. Are there any mods on here that could make this it's on section so we arn't all in one post?

On further review, if you take both picture groups, each pic has a "1" form and a "2" form. The "1" form, preceeded by "1" in the filename, is always smaller than the "2" form of the same pic (filesize).

Also, if you put matching pictures together in this pattern "12-12-12-12-12-12", it spells out HELP ME - FREe ME like before, but you're placing the pictures in a different order (you're actually combining pics from the first group and the second group, and it still spells out the same). Notice though that the lowercase "e" is in a different location when done this way.

Is this relevant at all?

It looks like the domination of personality is showing through - multiple personality disorder.

The dominant personality wants help containing the other, whereas the other personality wants to be free. (The one that wants to be free is the psychotic one - the lowercase "e" suggest this because we know that the imprisoned personality has control over letter case changing without the dominant personality detecting the alterations - as in the MBOX email.)

Hello All,

Been following this thread for a few days now, being new to the forum and ARGS in general. Something strikes me as puzzle-ish in the mbox.txt contents. Specifically several words are missing one letter, all from Unknown's lowercase.

Here's the misspelled words in order of appearance:
remeber (missing 5th letter m), tha (missing t 4th letter t), medcine (missing 4th letter i), rin (missing 2nd letter a)

MBOX.1 also had the word ned (missing 2nd or 3rd letter e)

giving: m,t,i,a,e

I've tried a few anagrams of the above on geocities - with no success.

thoughts?

Looks like once upon A TIME to me...

By the way, this ARG is making a certain children's rhyme look like a multiple personality drugged up story:

The itsy bitsy spider
Went up the water spout; (they gave me meds)

Down came the rain, (then Ame came tapping on my window)
And washed the spider out. (and got rid of the pain)

Out came the sun, (the next day came - along with clinic security)
And dried up all the rain. (and Ame had to run)

And the itsy bitsy spider
Went up the spout again. (and they drugged me up again)

I actually noticed this myself a few weeks back and started trying words like "Waterspout" and "Itsy Bitsy" and "Wash" on the Geocities page. Nothing happened though. Smile

My last e-mail to Lucrezia:

Lucrezia,

I apologize if i've made you feel bad in any way. Please understand, the only reason i continued writing you is the fact that you seem like a nice person, and i don't get the chance to talk to someone from Italy every day. It was never my intention to make you feel bad. I'll honor your request and not e-mail you anymore if that's what you want. Good luck with your architecture, you seem like a smart girl with a good head on your shoulders. I know you'll be just fine. Time heals all wounds? At any rate, if you ever feel like making a friend in America, you know my e-mail address.

Bye,
Nathan

------------

Her response:

nice joke to put all that photographs on orkut after i
told you i hate. i terminated my account there.

---------

My response:

What are you talking about? I don't even have access to Orkut.

got mail

It seems Lucrezia is online today. Cyfre got an email and I got an email from the "spammers" too. I think this confirms the "Unknown is Lucrezia (other personality)" theory. Everythime Lucrezia is online we get something from Unknown. It can be photographs, changes to Lucreazia web pages (Orkut and Geocities), "spam". But everytime Unknown tries to communicate. Why by puzzles? I don't know. Possibly because Unknown does not want to be discovered by Lucrezia (what would happen then?) Or maybe she's just very disturbed and sick.

Here is the new email (no headers, fake mail server, as always):

Quote:
Do you know what living in the eternal garden is?
The time machine is loosing pieces and still doesn't know.
I remember that piece I was playing only on black keys.
Memories falling down and melting like unknown snow.
I remember that game of nine weaving fingers we played.
Rain. Rain. Rain. Will you help myself whole again?
I remember they saying it is not poetry, it is not game.
Spiders coming and under the sun I remember no more.
Do you know what living in the eternal garden is?

Apparently Unknown is sending mail to random addresses. I was not contacted during the last month and I did not expected this email at all. I am wondering how many pieces of the puzzle we lost by spam filters or "uninterested players" until now... Crying or Very sad

Is there a piece of music only played on Black Keys? I can't think of any off the top of my head - any classical pianists on the board?

I'm a musician and I have a synthesizer sitting on the desk right in front of me. I've experimented and found that the line "The itsy bitsy spider went up the waterspout" is played on all black keys. The keys are..

C# F# F# F# G# A# A# A# G# F# G# A#

Excuse me if I have the sharps where they should be flats. Been a long time since I've actually read music and the keys can either be sharps or flats. I suspect that when you play toward the left on the keyboard, the keys are termed flats and so you give it the letter of the key to the left of it instead of the right one for the sharps.

These are the letters done this way.

C#, F#, F#, F#, G#, A#, A#, A#, A flat, G Flat, G#, A#, F flat

Maybe I'm reading into this too much but what are the chances that we're getting a code in piano keys ?

Looks to me like Lucrezia has left Orkut ...

Can anyone else confirm this?

Robert

I also figure that the game of nine fingers she speaks is the finger movements for the Itsy Bitsy Spider.. I dug this up..

"The lyric to the song "Itsy Bitsy Spider " create a finger rhyme for children
All children love trying to mimic the actions of Itsy Bitsy Spider song. The movements and actions of Itsy Bitsy Spider help children to improve their manual dexterity whilst repeating the words of the song. The name of the spider seems to vary but 'Itsy Bitsy spider' is believed to be the most popular version although in England Itsy Bitsy Spider is known as Incey Wincey spider! The history and origin of the Itsy Bitsy spider rhyme cannot be traced, it is believed just to be a fun finger rhyme that has survived the test of time."

look, remember Lucrezia is missing a finger.

She's playing cat's cradle with her other personality. To an outsider, it would seem she is playing by herself. Typically, you would be using all 10 fingers, but she's missing one.
