Ok well I have looked at the traffic light article and found only 2 Ohio cities that implemented them.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cincinnati,_Ohio
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbus,_Ohio

My bet is on Cincinnati...
1. Its on the Ohio Kentucky Border
2. The paper has a reference to Kentucky Farmer

I also believe this is where we will find our railway..Unfortunately we still dont know the time of the newpaper publish...But it was directed and sent out to Cincinnati community.

Hope this helps!!! Very Happy

Yes, the majority of us have already mailed it in. Yeah, you mail it to Minot, ND, and the zone is your zip code. : )

Here's the address if you're not sure:

Poppeteers
P.O. Box # 1331
Minot, ND

Hey it looks like something is happening to the RP site. They've now got a Robots.txt file which means that any web spiders can't access files on the site that aren't public. This wasn't there when I checked yesterday. I'd say this means they are developing things....

(I think) lol

Sorry C but can't find this. Where did you find this at?

There is now a file http://www.rocketpoppeteers.com/Robot.txt which means that if you try to spider the site you can't. You can't read or view this file, it's a code to stop spiders: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robots_exclusion_standard

Hope that makes sense. Just makes me think that they must be doing something if they don't want people to see what's in their site files.

Ah, nice find. That would be great if this site opened up soon.

Aside: Kennedy's birthday is coming up the same weekend as Memorial Day. That said, I hope nothing happens then because I'm not planning on being in front of a computer very often...

Sorry, the robots.txt file should be readable. Therefore the file does not exist.

The site is now(?) redirecting all 404 errors to the main page. I put the ? in cuz i don't know if it was doing it before...

Hmm it came up in my spider program, and hasn't before, so I just figured it meant something. Odd. :S

From the first day that it appeared it's been doing that. And it's not a "redirect"; it responds with the home page; if you try it from a subdirectory it gives a red "X" because the image link in the HTML is relative, not absolute.

Methinks you may have just lost half the people... Razz
[techie] in other words, nothing redirects - whatever URL is requested, the same HTML source is sent to the browser, so any IMG tag referring to an image in the relative (current) folder will get messed up if the url itself implies the html is running from a subfolder, where the image itself isn't located (the img tag would need to refer to the physical location for the image from the root folder so it'll show regardless of the subfolders listed in the url) [/techie]
and methinks that may still be *whoosh* for many people =)
but anyway, sorry to digress, heh
