Well some minor updates.
1) from comments on the Caught by Gill blog in response to red herrings and white rock lake comments I made:

What are you on about? There's no red herrings around here. I'm not even sure what a red herring is!
wait. do you know something about white rock that I don't?

aw man, not this white rock business again. you don't want to let this start back up.
let me spell it out for you
OFF.
THE.
CASE.
just do some fishing ok?
Which to me means we keep looking but White Rock Lake is probably IG.
2) A tweet from Frank:
Quote:
Been running full throttle for the past few weeks. Looks like it's finally catching up with me
which could mean anything I suppose. Most importantly, I think it means the game isn't over.
ETA: Now trying to overlay a map of White Rock with the back of the journal. Nothing too conclusive but the lines do seem to look a lot like the dual paths than encircle the lake.

Yeah I've called it before. It's a google voice line. I'm not real familiar with google voice. Can you receive incoming calls or is it outgoing only with a voicemail option? If he told you to call, I'd go ahead and leave a message. Just make something up no matter how dumb you think it might sound. Maybe give them your email and ask them to get in touch with you that way.

You can receive incoming calls, but if the PM has it forwarded to another phone, he may not be answering because there would be no way to tell which number the caller had dialed - so instead he sends calls straight to the google voice mail. I'd suggest you leave a message.

Renewed interest with the White Rock overlay.
Thanks for posting this -- I smell a link. I may be wrong though.

Just received the book.
Inside cover has "Happy Birthday my dearest daughter Mady ???"
I think it looks like jinnekar but considering the game most likely is Linnekar (The boss)
33.025918 ,- 96.707413 were GPS cords. on the back of a picture. The picture was found in between pages talking about library books and taking them out. On the picture is a stick note: "Remember the place we sat to avoid the ??? -Victor" might be lap? tap? sap? The picture is of a park bench in what looks like a lightly roofed courtyard area. between 222 and 223 (the number 223 has a faint pencil mark going through it)
characters in the book taking out section: Miss's Green and Susan White.
Gives us:
520 Central Pkwy E
Plano, TX 75074
additionally a few earmarked pages, the first one had the word "Police" as a header and after that written in pencil was "man" (page 50)
the other earmarked pages were about an area of houses on the water where fishing was the main source of work. (125-132)
The children book itself is: Someday Soon.

Wow I thought this one died off. Was there a date on the postage? Is it possible that it just took a long time to get there?
I'm wondering if the word you can make out is "cop"?
520 Central Pkwy E has many suites with several listed businesses.
I think the first thing you should do is to email Frank and see if you get a response. If you do, I think the game might still be going.

Frank is still responding. Not sure if "Victor" was mentioned earlier but just to see if he was responding I asked him who "victor" was and he re/told me he was the manager of SB4L.
It was postmarked May 5th. Might be cop...
will post pictures tomorrow morning, or later tonight.

I want to apologize for taking so long to get these pictures up. Unexpected family chaos came and as we all know family comes first.
But here are the pictures.

Seeing the picture that goes with the coordinates, I'd say there is likely a drop there.
