Nope, not here.
The early missing numbers could very well be random people who ordered the DVD but didn't see or ignored the numbers and words, assuming they were standard shipping markings or something. Do remember that we're not the only people ordering this DVD.
If that's the case, it's unlikely we'll ever get those words.

Oh he's not making this easy... Had to go to three websites for this.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Hex to ASCII to Base64 to Morse
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
THIS IS A MESS AGE FOR ALL THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO SEE PAST THE DRAB AND INTO THE REALM OF THE POSSIBLE

So now we know... Thanks, I wasn't getting anything useful, and was kinda in the middle of something anyway.
I like to go to this page for translations, http://home2.paulschou.net/tools/xlate/

Have a great evening.

So I just ordered the Dvd... looking forward to checking it out!
While I was at the Dvd info site: http://silverladder.com/dvd.htm
I did the usual source thing and found some hex code at the top of the page that looked a bit out of place:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
74 68 65 79 20 61 72 65 20 73 74 69 6c 6c 20 73 70 65 61 6b 69 6e 67 20 69 6e 20 74 68 65 20 65 74 68 65 72 2e 20 20 74 68 65 20 74 61 6c 65 20 69 73 20 6e 65 76 65 72 20 66 69 6e 69 73 68 65 64 2e
Which when translated comes out to:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
they are still speaking in the ether. the tale is never finished.
This sounds really familiar so I think it is a reference to a previous ARG... but I've been lurking way too many games the past few months and can't recall where I've heard it before.
Anyone?

Sounds a bit like Voices in the Static.

Sounds like a reference to Voices in the Static , which ended rather abruptly. It would be great if there'd be a continuation.
ETA: Mr. Toasty was faster...

another dvd received Looks like we got the full text from the email but I just got my dvd and...
23 on the front but on the back is 112 115 105 108 111 115 98 101
not hex, can't be octal. If it's straight dec/ascii then we get "psilosbe" which doesn't make sense BUT is a nice anagram of "possible" which is the 23rd word in the email that Casey's mom received.
Or it could be the way you spell psilocybin after you've had a few too many psilocybin mushrooms.
My return address was also St. Michaels Lutheran Church

not anagram but shift
possible 12345678
psilosbe
so you go in blocks of 4 - hence the MESS AGE with spacing?
1
2 starts new block
3 back to first block 4 in second block and so on
1xxx
2xxx
13xx
24xx
135x
246x
1357
2468
hope this makes sense? might be useful later in 4 way shifting?

Just got mine in the mail today, had to be forwarded from a campus adress... Reguardless, on the front sleeve of the DVD there is a red 24 and on the back there appears to be some binary. "00111010 00001101 00001010" I've run it through a couple of converters and they each come up with just a colon.. any ideas?

what it's not... forward and backwards it doesn't resolve to reasonable ascii
It only takes 5 bits to map to the alphabet - the bits could be a 4 * 6 instead of 3*8 but that doesn't seem to make anything either.
So - 24 is beyond the original message. The only other messages we have seen so far is the "they are still..." but on the surface this seems to be a three character word which can't be "they".
next?

shot in the dark, but it could be half of a set of latitude/longitude coordinates. Of course 58 13 10 is not terribly useful; its either far north (lat) or way over in asia (long).

hi! mine has a 4 in red, and following code:
6d (I think) then 65 73 73.
ed: the crossed out red blob near the "4" is not readable. haven't put the envelope on a toaster yet but don't think I need to.
any guess on the code? am not a code pro, rather best at IG character stalking.

Hi PC! Your code (6d 65 73 73) converted from HEX says: "mess". Likely it's the 4th word of Caseys_Mom's MESS AGE (spoilered above) and not meaning you or I are having a bad hair day.
ETA: have seen 00111010 00001101 00001010 used as ": (double space)" format usually before an email or web address.

My DVD had a red 3 on front and a blue 61 on back. But I totally ignored thinking it was nothing.
Now there is a cryptic message on the wall of ARG information which must be related:
Maxwell James Proffitt igeos-eun naega eotteon chinjeol-eul boyeojubnida majimag sigan-ibnida
