just doing some musing; here are a few of my notes

symbology:

the cfg logo is a gordian knot which is associated with infinity:

i bring this up because 3 keeps coming back up

the "ace and omega" refers to the alpha and omega which has a very similar symbology to the gordian knot -- the idea of infinity, the creator, etc.--and is another loop

I'm just wondering about a deck of cards, if we know the ace is alpha (ace also = 1....imnotamember1 perhaps???)

the ace is on a spade, the images from imnotamember1's vid's, the logo looks almost like a spade

ace also equals 11

basically, i am wondering if we need to determine the omega

also--talking about loops, after someone reached level 80 of the game and it brought them back to levl 10 with the message: "see you on the next loop"

I went through this whole thread and wrote down every relevent name...it looks like a cast of 1000's (exageration, but still); would it be worthwhile listing them here? Or should I add them to the wiki?


lord magpie video

finally, the final video we got from the lord magpie game...
when the video ends, we get a bunch of video's recommended that seem pretty specific to the game

what I'm getting at is they don't appear to be videos that youtube made an associative list for us, they seem to be more tailor made for us to go through

when i get a chance, i'm going to go over each of the 15 videos and see if we overlooked something, but tonight is the lost finale, so I probably won't do it anytime soon

 		Ok, I'm not sure what the hell's going on here but I just got home sat down to check the babbage and it had decrypted one of mine; B797C4 to be exact. It brought up an audio file.....

Loose transcript;

*with what sounds like train cars going by in the bg....

 		The mp3 is actually the file for 73F130. Guess they accidentally had B797C4 point to it for a while, but the latest text it what should be there.

As for the latest, I grabbed code 8A578D just because it hadn't been posted yet here.

 		Pb could be Pegbox.

Bbbage doesn't get forward with the files I wanted to get decrypted, still black files with codes and red files without the codes below, both unclickable - what is wrong?

If there is another set of codes, let me know, I'm back to 0 of 5 today.

 		I believe we've entered all the codes we know fanfan, if you want to catch up check the grid here: http://cfg.wikibruce.com/X0l.nu and enter any codes that are red on your screen, the grid should match what's on your screen. AgentLex has done a meticulous job of getting it all lined up and everything.

Agreed on the PegBox thing. But fanfan, remember, the Babbage is going to be decrypting these files in it's own chronological order. It may be to control the flow of the game or to just confuse the heck out of us...who knows. But the files you entered will be decrypted when it's ready, it'll then be up to you to post them up here because that's why some are red and yet you still can't click on them. Because they've been decrypted by the Babbage but were entered by a different user and only that person can actually view them. It just lets all of us know as a collective which have been decrypted based upon the grid location....

*ETA: I can't seem to find any attempts at creating transcripts for any of the audio files from the Babbage other than the 77472 song. Am I missing something or shall I make an attempt at this and post my findings?
