 		Is there any way to buy the exact michaels mask on the internet? I live in australia and there is no michaels and all masks I can find are completely different or shite

 		By the way, a couple of weeks ago I got down there and the mask almost immediately. Now it's just a matter of finding the time to get back up there with money.

 		Got my mask and paints. Just waiting to get it done. Need the artistic sister to get home first though because I'd end up shitting all over the mask. :C

Now, before I have her mess it up, what did you guys do to prepare for painting? Stenciling? Just going for it? Please reply ASAP. Final note: I am going to be using acrylic paint. This is alright, correct?

 		Well, it's done. There were some...er..."minor" fuck ups, but nothing hiding in the dark won't fix.

I still would like advice on painting incase I do a better one later.

 		If you're feeling shaky, pencil in the outlines first. Use a tiny brush for the outlines, then fill in the rest gung-ho. If you have a steady hand, use a sharpie but don't allow it to sit in one place for long. Sharpies like to bleed. With paint on something like this plastic, you can chip bits of dried paint off, to a certain extent, so if you have an 'oops!', just wait for it to dry before panicking. I don't think you can do that with sharpie marker, though I'm not sure... I'd imagine that with sharpies you'd need a while for it to dry or else the potential for smearing it would be pretty horrific!

I would do it, if I had the money in the first place (and 0A0 B00 the package and everything), but my gf won't 'let' me get one for myself, I can't imagine her reaction to me buying one for a complete stranger...

Whatever, At least the thread I made got moved here instead of taking up space...

So I ended up making my own mask, I think it came out pretty good.





I know that the eyebrows are a little too curvy, but oh well.

Heres me wearing it:



I sketched out everything with a pencil like people had said to do. I used sharpie for the eyebrows and acrylic paint for the eyes, mouth and the masks edge/outline. It took me something like 3 hours to complete. It was totally worth it though!
