This is why I like to see gamejacks called out and identified as such. If someone had a super legit site and asked for some information, so they could "send you the next clue" (or whatever), I bet I'd be one of the first idiots sending that shit in.

On that note, Rocket Poppeteers will now be sending pipe bombs to all of our return addresses.

I think that wave is just a loading symbol. I'd rather know what the film stock is saying behind the preview window. Our first clue was delivered this way. Perhaps there's something there.....?

 		Ok, officially confused.

D. Morris is who, exactly? Real person jacked into the game? Character with real wiki info? How did D. Morris come into the picture and how sure are you that D. Morris from the swf file info is even connected to the wiki thing? Did I miss something or is that just pure speculation?

The message to stop posting publicly struck me as a message to us from whoever from behind the scenes, such as Vapor suggested. I don't know enough about 70s era computer commands to know if that was just a sim command, like "sorry, we can't find what you're looking for, please search again" and there's no "we" to it...so "I can help you" means there's no "I" - OR is it supposed to be a hidden message from someone?

If hidden message, it would seem that somewhere in all this we have should be a clue as to who "I" is and how to get access to him or her to get the help...and they want us or somebody to actually not post from an IG perspective (not us on UF).

Grrr....just confused now.

I did a little poking around and the TV show "The Outer Limits" from the 60s had something similar to this as part of there opening credits:

Not sure if that is another possible clue or more of a tribute to past sci-fi work.

just to see if i saw a title or a date that would stand out like saturn or rocket poppeteer (which i knew was not going to happen Smile )

but i dont see anything so i would say outer limits is prob not anything maybe like you said it could be a tribute

That wave looks like it could be an audio wave, but its too consistant so i doubt it would be anything. There isnt anything hidden inside the wave, like text but if anything it would be a Audio wave we need to look for in the trailer to examine...

The other thing would be a light wave, but i dont know what else it could be

 		Just seems a little strange that knowing how many fans there are looking for any clues, they would let this little stinky bait keep floating around out there...
Plus, I dont believe I have ever seen this symbol for any other trailer 'Loading"..

but as the audio engineer that I am I would tell you that this is just the symbol of an ordinary Sine Wave. If you'd send it through some system it would sound something like "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" or any vocal. This is a very simple explanation, meant for laymans. By no means it is meant to devalue any interest.

i rewatched the trailer and the wave also showed up once like 20 sec in to the video but now i cant get it to show up again when i rewatch after that so it only did it once for me anyway
it showed at the beginning and then showed once behind the typing in the video but again it only did so once so maybe it was a fluke
