I'm surprised no one ran with YAGA and a connection to SM namely, Baba Yaga

Baba Yaga is a mythological spirit who steals children, lives in the woods, and has a creepy house. Sounds like SM to me.

 		Baba Yaga is a female, maybe SM is her husband. The movie version also has an eerie parallel, the victim's camera is cursed.

 		While this may come in late i had a little thought.

In the Advocate video which pretty much gave us a clue how to decode this the words "Tick Tock" where upside down, now just going on a hunch there but could that maybe mean that the message in Program is supposed to be read upside down?
Either flipped horizontally or turned 180° it would translate differently, if at all though, I'm not good at figuring out binary systems.

Do you mean "Bleed more"? Because when I read that upside down it read a very rough version of the word "Olompool9" But you never know, "Pool" could be refering to the pool house, but the only thing I could ever derive from that would be that Entry 9 is close to the pool house.

 		The program numbers actually come out to YAMA if you follow the binary clock cipher (making the numbers 25, 1, 13, 1).

People were switching stuff up, so YAMA backwards = AMAY could be another spelling of Amy (blonde chick in last entry's assumed name)?

Trying to re-examine Program.
If...the binary code in the archways of the house are ASCII code...here's what I get:

00011001 / ASCII = 25 = Y
00000001 / ASCII = 01 = A
00000111/ ASCII = 07 = G (G, not an M, since it's the 7th letter in the alphabet)
00000001 / ASCII = 01 = A

I get YAGA...not "YAMA" like people seem to think they have.

So...

Y, A, G, A, with

ble
ed
mo
re

becomes an anagram...

A Marble God Eye

Or if you throw in the final SIGMA symbol "ς" as an S....

"A Marble God's Eye"

I've tried this so many ways...back to front...what do you think?

That could mean Alex's Camera / his POV in the videos going backwards, etc. Now that I think about it that is.

Or maybe...it means Alex's strap-on camera that you wear on your chest...hrmn...

 		This makes even more sense when I re-watch the video...there's camera whirring sounds, like an old tape reel....and the resolution is faded/lower like any entries where the chest cam is used.

Plus the description for the video is "000" which would get shortened to 0 since it's not 8 characters in ASCII.

0 = The Operator.

So...*shrug*

See I wasn't getting 13 here.

Is a binary clock cipher that different from ASCII decoding of binary?

Where should I go to get a good translator for Binary Clocks because my figures are the same except your 13 comes up as a 7 for me... =/

Isn't there the weird house Jay wakes up in, in the woods...where Tim wakes up outside in entry: 63?

I didn't get that saying YAGA three times might be important...

BUT...there's also THREE zeros in the description.

Maybe there's three operators. One for Alex (Slenderman), one for Tim (Masky), and one for Hoodie. Three...competing entities since Hoodie seems to think Masky/Tim is a Liar and likes to taunt and use him...but also...totheark/Hoodie in some combination want to kill Alex/Slenderman.

 		I know it can be said that this code is solved, buuuuut.
My friend and I watched the video and I told him that the code had never been solved, so he said, "Just flip it upside down..." So...
Put into morse code, its -..--...-.......---.....-....... which has quite a few permutations((i think)) and i don't personally want to work through it all((being a nub may cause me to make errors))

 		Since TTA uploaded a video (assuming Hoodie posted it, anyway), does that prove TTA has Alex captive right now? I doubt Hoodie could post a vid if Alex had captured him last entry.
So perhaps the code is confirmation of Alex's capture? Maybe the house in the background is where that address leads to?

Alternatively, maybe Alex wrote the message and Hoodie is trying to tell us he escaped or never was captured to begin with.
