poppet: Brit., Informal - a term of endearment, as for a child or sweetheart

I was looking at the return address for Rocket Poppers. It is in Minot, ND.
Home of the Minot Air Force Base Air Force Global Strike Command
and also has had UFO sightings in the past.

an I think I just figured out what the 6 Rocket Poppeteers represent on the newspaper page stand for.

There are five pointing upwards, ready to launch, or flying around out there. Within that same space in the advertisement, it mentions that there are Six of them.

There is a sixth Rocket Poppeteer on the page. This one is laying sideways, as if landed, or more appropriately, crashed. Another interesting tidbit is that this crashed Rocket Poppeteer is pointing at, or heading into the maze. At the exit is a planet. In a maze, you are searching for a path, or means to your goal. Once the first page is inverted to decode the second, that crashed Rocket Poppeteer is angling upwards, as if ready for launch. The planet is now far overhead.

So we have one of six ships that crashed, and whatever crashed is looking for a way or a means to get back home.

Reminds me a bit of E.T.

Wait a minute, In E.T. there is a child helping the alien to try and get home. Partly the alien working through the child, but hardly with malicious intent in that movie.

In the Rocket Poppeteer logo, the child is holding a Rocket Poppeteer towards some celestial body. A child with what looks like a Grey alien hidden in the back of his shirt. The adult does not have one. And for as much as Captain "Coop" Cooper loves them, he doesn't have one either.

While I'm at it, the advertisement mentions that Coop loves Rocket Poppeteers. His suit also looks odd. Sure, the vertical and horizontal lines make sense, but the double diagonal lines don't seem to make as much sense. They aren't symmetrical.

So I got to thinking, what if they're a map? A series of intersections of roads, and the double diagonal line is a set of railroad tracks. This makes me think that whatever location that map describes, the relative location of the nozzle is of importance.

Another thing to add about Coop, his helmet. The more I look at the reflection in it, the more it looks like the scene reflected in the Super 8 camera lens. This might just be my eyes playing tricks on me, but if that's true, then what we're seeing in the middle of the Super 8 lens is of importance.

The thought of seeing a face in the moon and eating the rocket has been brought up before.

What i've not personally seen here is that, going along with turning the Poppeteers site upside-down, is the mention that if you do so, you do see an alien looking face below the rocket, or looking at it differently (more to the side) you see a human face with weird sunglasses

both act as if they're trapped, either in the moon or something like a mirror, and scared

actualy when i turn it upside down it looks like the earth is the big black circle an the moon is actualy right because the bright side is faceing the earth an the earth is dark so im guessing its night time an all those little lights rnt stars maby nuclear explosions

HEADS UP!

Hold the phone! Need your eyes!!!

Filmedge was kind enough to send me a copy of the newspaper sheets, which I received today (thank you! big hugs)...so, I put the ad on the counter, filled it out (my astronaut name chosen: Moon Unit Stardust - yeah Zappa & Bowie, I'm old skool)...and found the blank spot to begin cutting it out from the lower left corner of the ad. I got to the top of the ad panel when it just struck me to cut out the whole advertisement itself, Coop, the kid and man, etc. so there's a big square space. See, where I come from, it's just been habit to send the whole ad - like so they know what the hell the form is from ;-p So I cut the whole picture out and wow.

What did I see?

There are three dashes showing and it hit me right off...but the page was a little bent from the mailing so I can't get it dead on lined up...it's one line or the one immediately below it, but those two marks at the top of the page, and the X on the right side correspond with one of the two lines of text, directly over - and the same general length as - specific words, and from what they read (provided it's lined up on top), it's either a clue or it's one insanely wicked coincidence.

So make more print outs please and try to line them up flat (my sheets are bent ;-( ) and see which words they're actually laying over....

Here's what I picked up - from the top left of the ad image where the markings are from left to right, line by line downward, over the whole Coop ad picture - all the markings:

(This security document) or next line:

The unrestricted required testing (either "devastated" or "by" depending on the right line) the poison well

If we also add the X, it sits to the right of the "outline" line of the ad, beside "document"

next lines:

Constitution

European power change

Chinese survivors

and I think the last one is "intent"

Need them exactly even and the markings cut or indented to see which of the words they're over...but the above is just a little too uncanny out of all the damn words on the page to speak of unrestricted security documents, required testing, poison wells devastated or by European power change, and Constitution ...Chinese survivors...intent

What do you think? Do you see it?

Email received!!!!

Guys and gals...Thursday night I was trying email addresses...one of the ones I tried was "captaincoop@rocketpoppeteers.com". Then I forgot about it and went to bed...just now checked my email and I GOT A RESPONSE!!!

Here's what it says:

Sorry, kids. Captain Coop Cooper responds to verified Poppeteers only!

Become a Rocket Poppeteer and join the race to outer space!

But how would they know who are verified Poppeteers? Maybe you receive something back from mailing in the coupon that tells you what exactly to email them? There was nowhere to put your email address on the coupon, if I remember correctly.
