I just regenerated that image, and have been messing with it. I am entirely sure that the meter is measuring hetz (It clearly says HERTZ) and it is pointing at 40.

 		As mentioned earlier in this thread I sent the picture of the Fleur de Lis to Amanda. I just got this reply.
