Lone Shark Games w00tstock Challenge

It's no secret that I think Lone Shark Games is awesome...well, they're doing a puzzle challenge for w00tstock. Highly entertaining routine.

Part One (from Seattle) is up.

Second one's up, more of the same.

My assumption is the four words/phrases will assemble in some form of crossword-puzzle-esque clue for an overarching solution.

This one was somewhat easier than the last.

Last bits are in, leaving the considerably more difficult task of assembly.

The four words:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

CRIMEBOSS
CAMPSITEPEST
CLUTCHES
CRAFTOBJECT

I think when we string synonyms of the four words together we'll get the answer...haven't arrived upon the magic bullet yet though.

Answer

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Answer is "Don't be a dick." The four clues are to be interpreted like a cryptic crossword clue.

CRIME BOSS=DON
and
CAMPGROUND PEST CLUTCHES CRAFT OBJECT=tick "holds" bead (inside).

or: DON T(BEAD)ICK....DON'T BE A DICK.

They made four videos and cryptic clues to come up with that? Sigh, what are they eight years old? I feel like this was a total waste of time (not that I spent much on it -but I was curious enough to look at the answer)
