Condition for the second number is that it be under 60. Your second number is 80. It can not be minutes or seconds. Sorry. Not latitude and longitude.

I played around with the golden ratio as lat and long yesterday, got nothing useful out of it. Which didn't really surprise me...but anyway, tried that, got nowhere.

alright, so I am no expert at audio distortions, but I am trying to extend the audio file so that each noise is the golden ration in length. My thought is that the file is extremely sped up and that lengthening (or slowing) the file will clarify some of the sounds. Any suggestion on what tool would do that?

Any freeware audio editor can do that. Examples are Audacity, Wavepad, Wavelab Demo, etc.
