I don't know if anyone has seen this yet but in the "A Day in the Life" video but I'm pretty sure slenderman is off in the distance in at 7:24, in the slow motion bit. His in the top left corner of the screen and it looks like his standing behind a stump. Although i could be wrong

I thought I saw that, too. I'm 50/50 on it...it's either SM or just a continuation of that stump. Hard to tell.

I have a feeling though, that the harder it is to decipher if it's Slendy, the less likely it is. They've been pretty upfront about showing his whereabouts even in the situations where he's not supposed to be there.

So, it's not only not Evan, it's some girl who has no idea who Evan is.

I asked a question how we could help, and she basically said don't worry about it.

So...New character. Maybe we'll be getting our wish of seeing slenderblogs colliding?

Twitter update with some drawings from "our" dreams. Our refers to the EH crew.

It's not what you see in the drawings, it's what the other drawings cover up.

SLEEP LAB 2 is up, let's see...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
In the last bit, Slendy seems to come around. Evan talks about a weird dream with screams and woods and there's visual tearing after a while. Also, his buddy's are downstairs making noises... hmm...

Anyways, good entry, psyched for more.

Do I see Slendy's bags of organs in one of those pics?

I liked this entry. Seems that Evan didn't remember one of his dreams even though he recorded it. I wonder what he'll think of it when he watches back the video.

Also they mentioned my chocolate eating experiment. Nice.

I absolutely LOVE the interactive approach. One of the things I missed in MH was how the viewers couldn't really puzzle things together or communicate with the characters to change the plot, this one feels so much more real. Twisted Evil

What I think is going to be interesting with EH going forward is how they respond to the mounting evidence that the real Slendy is after them. This is, to my knowledge, the first Slendy story where the characters already have knowledge of his existence from the very beginning. Considering that they were already fairly entrenched from the start, I think it's only a matter of time before they start asking the "hybrids" for help. I'm sensing a lot of interactivity with this one!

Yeah, plus the cast is WAY bigger than MH.

I mean, I LOVE MH, but what irritated me was how obviously the guys were students who were pretty much meant to be in their early 20s... home alone, a bit lost, a bit overpowered...

EH really shows us a tight community of friends and various characters doing what their thing is.

So yeah, I like it better than MH at the moment: no random beaming of characters, no random videos, it's all really close knit and tightly written and VERY well acted.

I must say it's a nice distraction. Not too heavy. I'm not expecting someone to appear behind me. Pretty good (for my sanity).

And the name was kind of obvious (E)MH, but if you count Everyman as one word EH, then turn the letter 90 degrees to the right, it's a ridiculous looking M. I figured most people saw that last, but it could have just been a coincidence.

I would like to know if all these tips are legit though. Do we have any fitness experts in the house?

I had a theory that the show was kind of a Take That against the obsessive behavior displayed in the MH fans. The pictures with the "LOOK! LOOOOOOK!" kind of point that way. I will admit that it doesn't seem to be too mean (as of this post), but I'm not going to assume it will go that way either.

Seriously, #6 scared the shit out of me, a lot more than most of the MH-clips. Embarassed

Don't get me wrong, I seriously enjoyed MH and eagerly await the next season. That said; I like EMH better for a number of reasons, many of which already stated.

My main this is how deliciously "META" the whole thing is. They even broke into a bout of "Gimme $20" during the first live feed.

I'm not a specialist with exercise so I can't say whether all of their tips are legit, but of their food options, I would say that they're appealing more to a college boy set of interests: they didn't put much emphasis on eating fresh fruits or dark green veggies, which can take time to prepare but are really important! I also don't remember them talking much about portions, though that can be pretty different depending on the person. It would have been nice if they did a segment on different kinds of diets by doing some research on diets that have been popular in the past few years, then comparing and contrasting them to whatever suits your needs.

One thing that made me 'o_o' was that they didn't seem to place any emphasis at all on looking for organic food and meat that hasn't been treated with hormones or chemicals. I don't think they even put a lot of emphasis on looking at labels and ingredients and finding out where food comes from -- it's also a little more work, but the amount of pesticides and chemicals that are responsible for a lot of crap that keeps you a little sick or (worse) has long-term effects is pretty staggering, out of a regular chain grocery store. The fact that everything is made from corn (or corn sugar), or is fed by corn has some pretty rotten implications for anyone who is at all allergic to the stuff. XD

Okay time to catch up on the actual videos and Slender Man-ness of this! Razz

6 scared the hell outta me too. It's the way his head moves more than anything. I've asked them if they can give a bit of a description about the pics etc and who drew what. Hopefully it'll give us some insight as to whether or not they all saw slendy or whether it was just Evan again.
