 		I've read through this thread again and everybody seems snagged on the idea that the first letter of each word

translates to 'precedes trees', which in turn may be an anagram for 'deeper secrets'.

While we've seen that at the tower Jay discovered a new tape by Alex and Seth, hence 'deeper secrets', perhaps the words themselves begin to make a certain amount of sense?

Poison random endings centered, excludes stale truth.
Death, encountering stale truth, receives endangering every section.

'Poison random endings centered'. If there is a kernel of truth to Slenderman's relationship with fire (as discussed earlier in this thread), dying in a forest fire is certainly a random ending; poison via smoke inhalation as cause of death.

'Excludes stale truth'. Death by fire... as a cover for something? The truth behind the death has been excluded?

'Death, encountering stale truth' -- the spirit of the dead, discovering the real reason for cause of its demise...

'Receives endangering every section'. 'Receives' could probably also go in the second last stanza, as it were, though this reading made more sense to me. This reads to me that 'section' could indicate other people, not just places. The spirit brings danger to others who get involved.

*shrug* This could be a ghost story after all. If Slendy isn't an angry spirit, we could even have a twist ending where one of the main characters is actually dead. EVP-like noises have been discussed. Interference with technology is popular in modern ghost stories.

It's possible that TTA was being straight up with the meaning behind all of this in his own way, instead of being fiendishly twisted about it. He's shown that he can be quite to the point, especially with Warning where he's getting more insistent.

 		I'm sorry for reviving this dead thread, and I'm awaiting trout for this but... there is something that startled me:

"preceded trees" is not an anagram for "deeper secrets". One of the "s" in "secrets" would have to be a "d".

I read through the whole thread and didn't see anyone noticing, and maybe it doesn't make any difference. Just wanted to point it out.

Maybe because it is 'precedes trees' not 'preceded trees'? If someone typed that earlier, the d is right next to the s. Unless I missed some development.
