 		I wrote that I came across their site and became intrigued and asked about their admission requirements.

What I got was:

I do like the fact that they are responding in direct response to the emails and not some mass mailed standard.

 		just sent an email
just enquiring for futher information as to when exactkly opening and where [as in which area of the world][ the institute is. "I've a sick mother who needs committing" - we'er in the UK - are you here or states etc. but in better letter format.

I am thrilled to hear that you would be willing to transport your relative to another country, only to take advantage of our glorious facilities. However, we prefer to maintain its actual location under tight wraps until we are ready to accept new admissions in July. This is for safety reasons, I trust you will understand.
