Hilarious! The trout is meant to be a more polite way of saying "this has been discussed before". I'd love to see a Kraken used for more heinous disregard of the search button, though.

 		Its one thing to trout a new person who makes that mistake once. If someone becomes a repeat offender, then they either are trolling or deserve something like an albatross hung about their neck.

Maybe we need an albatross badge, placed something like the Moderator badge.

Except that we don't ban for being occasionally foolish or clueless. If someone is trouting on purpose, it becomes pretty clear - and becomes trolling.
We also don't want to discourage new folks, even if it takes a couple of fish to set them on the right path. Being hung with an albatross temporarily would get the point across without sounding threatening.
