I am not planning on being in the city until Friday. I wish I had seen this sooner as I could have gone today. My son and his girlfriend are living in the city though, not far from hunter college, if no one else finds it, I will send them over there. I wouldn't assume Hunter isn't busy because of summer break though, Hunter seems to be busy all the time..there is a theater at Hunter that is almost always in use year round.

Droid X designate #1 sees blinking lights, levers pulled. It should blend right in.
I called a few locations at the Hoover dam and I got one laugh, another say if it's in the Dam, it'd be a breech of security, and one offered that if it IS in the area, they were not notified and it might be in the parking garage or on the trail leading to it. He also referenced a couple other power station in the area.
I may attempt to call them later on to find out if maybe they might have some info. I love free long distance.

"blinking lights, levers pulled" seems to imply more the Las Vegas strip itself than it does Hoover Dam.

I had that idea to, but I wanted to eliminate one of the options. Now, on to Vegas!

Droid X designate #12 rocks. With its 1Ghz processing power, it has no choice.
Looks like #12 is at or near the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio
Although this might just be a general location clue like the Hoover Dam and Vegas Casino clues

Stone Lab Ohio What about the Stone Lab for Ohio State University.
Would be a place someone might find a robot eye and the rock hint would fit also.

New update on #5.
Quote:
Droid X designate #5 is in a state as big as a Droid X 4.3" screen
Couple that with...

Droid X designate #5 has been reported south of Nebraska. Way south. Start your engines.
We, quite possibly, are looking at the Texas Motor Speedway. I can't think of anything else it can be.

That would be really cool. I started to wonder if they meant start your search engines but an auto racetrack seems like it makes the most sense.

Well if it's actually Texas Motor Speedway then I'd be more than willing to go look. That place is huge, though. Wouldn't even know where to start looking. I'm sure we'll get another clue shortly.

I was planning to give them a call up just to see if maybe it's a an info desk or a ticket window. If I get any intel, I'll send it via PM to you. Just as long as you post pics. Lol.

Texas motor sppedway I will be headed down there on Saturday guess I will spend sometime looking around. I was thinking the Lil' Texas Motor Speedway track might be a good place to look around. Just wish I knew if they are in a box or in the ground or what. Will take a look around. Maybe there will be a Verizon booth this weekend. There is a Samsung Mobile Place there also along with Sprint so guess I will see what I can find.
Edit: Droid X designate #8 doesn't wish it was in Dixie. Or connect in hdmi. Because it's already both.
This is a pretty wide area isn't all the south considered Dixie
