so if i can get my pass on wednesday, what time should i get in line on thursday for hall h? (they said the Tron panel will be at 11:15)
I'd say EARLY. The Disney Panel will probably be the second one of the day, most likely, and there will be plenty of crazies camping for great spaces. I'd plan on 8 or 9 at the latest, earlier if you want the good seats. I'll probably be in line shortly after I arrive (usually get there around 7:30 or so), and will likely be wearing my FLYNN LIVES shirt that day. I look pretty much like my icon... as long as you folks won't be arriving EN MASSE, feel free to join me.

Don't you mean NOW officially going?
I'm a San Diegan, and have had passes since July '09... so, yeah.

~sigh~ I'm a sucker. Broke down and got tickets for Thursday the 22nd. (Thx Blink! I hate you forever and ever, now! ) I guess I can handle hanging out in the worlds largest room of geeks once every five years.
I suppose I'll have to wear my glow-in-the-dark Sark hoodie, ENCOM lanyard and Tron pins so I won't stand out. (I think that's about the only time that sentence actually makes any sense!)
Okay, enough whining.... See you guys there!!!!

Be aware, that the room starts out pretty cold in the early morning (they crank the entire convention center's AC to full, for pretty much 5 straight days), but warms up very quickly with so many bodies in so small of a space. You might not want to be wearing that hoodie for long...

For those of you traveling to the potential FL event @ SDCC who desperately need a place to lay their heads for the night, I might have a place for you. Depending on their work schedule, the folks said that people could throw tents and sleeping bags out back...

All I know is that I'm gonna be super pissed if they do something ARG related and it turns out not to be on Thursday.
(Although getting to see "the Dude" will help make up for some of it. )

Okay, I've decided on the one-day pass for thursday the 22nd, but now I need to find some plane tickets that don't cost over $100. Any ideas? Oh and have you guys seen this sweet banner?

You beat me to it by seconds!
Very cool image... can't help but wonder how bad-ass older Flynn will be with the disc.
