Yes, it's the latitude part of a set of decimal degree co-ordinates. I've posted my best guess as to the relevance in the EMH thread.
Also, the picture it came with is suspiciously similar to the EverymanHYBRID logo.

My computer is not cooperating and I am too sick/tired to investigate more, but somebody should poke around on Google Maps - particularly in street view - and see if they can find anything interesting.

Just a little detail from the Day In The Life video, which seems now to be a little irrelevant but y'know, the place they went walking in was Baldpate Mountain, Titusville, Mercer County, Central New Jersey. That's apparently not the right place though.

Ahh, central Jersey, my old stomping grounds. Lots of people don't realize that, the further away you get from New York City and Philadelphia, the nicer New Jersey gets. A pity I never got to go to that particular spot while I was there- it looks beautiful.

Oh, and, while I am posting, I have one other thing to mention:

My Spidey-sense is a-tingling saying the people that gave up addresses ain't getting a "wristband". Or rather, nor just a wristband. Kinda like the old Cloverfield Viral where "someone" stuffed a note in with Slusho merchandise that was ordered. My bet would be Evan.
