You just about shit when you find an (X) in your basement. It was on the boards that make up the roof. This house is old also. I think I'll post a picture for you guys. It probably just meant to cut something out there but...

Hehe actually I think that symbol is more common than you think, in that case it was probably a leftover from when they did the wiring in that house, the symbol for "light source" in circuit diagrams is a circle with a X in it
Though... makes you wonder a bit if maybe "Source of light" and SlenderMan may have a relation...

That would make sense seeing as all the wiring is in the basement. And it was written in chalk so the two lines probably got rubbed off.

Oh the two outer lines aren't part of it actually, that's just because that's a cutout from a diagram and the lines are the cables. The symbol itself is just the circle with the X in it.
But yea it's likely they intended to install a light there but then didn't (or placed it somewhere else).
Either that or you will start to have odd visits in the near future, better hold a $20 ready just n case .

You know you watch too much Marble Hornets when "Gimme 20 Dollahs" starts playing in your bar and you drop what you're doing and run out of the kitchen to the bar to see if anyone in a suit has just shown up.
Happened tonight. Still slightly paranoid.

So last night, I was repainting chipped areas on my masky mask. My parents must've though, "Can't leave this on the counter, it's in the way," or something like that. So this morning I come down to find it hanging on the basement door. Shat myself. True story.

Ah hell. I was typing in the pitch dark at 3 in the morning. Hang on, I'll fix it.

I had a dream with slenderman in it once.
i was at starbucks and i was waiting impatiently to get my coffee and the counter lady said "oh he will help you" and she pointed next to her and slenderman was there in an apron and i flipped OUTTTT.
then i remember having to show him around town and how to be human and it was awkward.

Delightfully creepy, those. Trapped in a dark room with those freaking out and turning into Slender Man at random would probably be the worst ever.

Mannequins in the dark = nightmare fuel o.o
Just imagine (as Dray said) being trapped in a dark room with them, and one of them beginning to sloooowly tilt its head and grow arms. Unusually long arms... >.<

You know you watch too much MarbleHornets when you can rationalize why the Masked Men are wearing masks, why Slender Man's presence causes illness in the people he's stalking, and why Slender Man doesn't have a face.

Ohshitohshitohshit! OH FUCKING DICK SHIT!
I just about had a heart attack. My neighbor is bald and my window is at the top of head level. All I just saw was a bald head moving in a gliding motion. I'm glad I didn't have to pee. I don't get why he looked like it was a gliding motion though.
