That's assuming they're talking specifically about the same thing, and that's easy to believe if "authentication" is needed. Also, why is it now "damn thing", something has happened between timepoints that's caused him to stop blogging and lead to "reactivated" post.

 		SeekerX, i think that you have some valid points. but it seems to me that HLM is pretty legit.

shroomery, youtube, etc. could all be just someone who thinks their clever and wants to ruin our fun Raspberry

what im saying is that just because pieces are gamejacked doesnt meant that it all is.

 		Actually, I would be really interested in hearing a recording of that message of the 800 call. I don't live in the states so I don't have a clue what I would have to dial and if I would get the right number with just simple pre-dial for the states. Could anyone do us "aliens" the favour and record what is spoken on that line? Just for curiousities sake and for the case it points out to be IG.

That's true, Helter. Gotta check back when exactly that "Josh" accounted on Shrooms.

Edit: hooklineandminker joined shroomery before the ARG part. That means either the PRs went right into it or the Minker did. As I said, I would not think the PR company would touch that ground.

You missed my point. No reflection or mirroring or flipping results in the monkey pointing in another direction than the hat it sits on. Except for it was a brooch and placed and the other side of the slip-knot, then photographed, and then flipped by Josh. Pretty much work, wouldn't it?

No, it does not. Although it is very similar/strange.

Sorry, but I don't quite get what you're saying here.
From what I believe you all think his "authentication"-post on ATS was to find someone to tell him what he had found in his mother's heritage. "the photo" or even "the film". Well, that is to my common sense what he is talking about with the Other One. And he waits 1.5 months to ask the latter what it is, although it is speculated that they know each other from the beginning of the ARG, "don't post publically".

One step away is not the same as telling your children "Here you can find out how it is to take mushrooms". Again, have to look myself when exaclty the Josh-in-case registered there.

EDIT: hooklineandminker joined shroomery before the ARG part. That means either the PRs went right into it or the Minker did. As I said, I would not think the PR company would touch that ground.

I sure as hell don't want to make you look silly, it's nothing personel.
Everyone here does great work in my opinion. It's just me who's usually a little sceptical about things.

Naa, I don't think so. Been following all these threads pretty consistently and no record catched my eye. It would have at first since I'm an audio guy.

As for the monkey pin, in the pdp photo, in order to read the "sold" word at the post-it, one has to flip the image horizontally which will make the pin exactly equal to the one in the craiglist, regardless of where in the hat it is located.

Nuno... look at it... in one photo the tail of the monkey points away from the rear-middle of the hat, in the other it points towards it. You don't want to say that just the monkey is reflected, do you?
Again, pics of the hat on CL and our original hat. First is the CL one, second the original STIES one, third is the latter flipped horizontally which is the same as mirrored/reflected.

 		Possibilities:
Monkey pin is moved.
Same hat. bow is moved.
Same hat, with monkey pin on both sides, just covered by bow. (Not likely)
and of course two nearly identical hats.

Check my pictures, I have circled some points of interest. The folds in the bow on the hat in the CL pic and on the STIES pic match exactly. This is the same hat. If you ask me, all Josh Minker related things are absolutely IG.

Using your pics, look at the way the bow tucks into the hat. When we look at the image with the Sold message legible, the tucked end is on the right, same as the CL pic.

Someone posted before thy could see the thumb print (hiawassee's post here) and i agree.

There might have been a stain on the side of the hat he didn't want to show so he turned the hat and moved the pin. There could be plenty of reasons, but the pin was moved because it's no longer on the side of the hat with the bent bow - it's next to the tucked in bit.
