i finally got my email back from cooper, (took aaagggeess) i said id ask the are you aware of garfield question that apparently got an interesting response from captain cooper splat hotmail but it def gets the same generic response from the proper email address so even though its taken ages and everyone has probably forgotten or stopped caring the hotmail email address is def OOG

Observation....

It appears that whoever is replying to these emails is doing so one at a time. Like he went to check the inbox at the site, found all our requests and answered them at one sitting. My email was read and replied to by hand,, not an auto reply system.
The returned email is a reply to mine .. thus the Re:Poppeteers in the header as compared to being on a list and having a mass emailing done.
