Still not totally convinced it's Katie. It's possible but she didn't look right.

But she could be returning to the house for another reason.

Perhaps the release of the previous "footage" summoned her back to the house?

Actually a lot of things moved around in those few seconds. You'll notice some toys scattered differently around the floor.

Also, I'm not so sure if Katie is even in this movie, I read an interview a little bit ago where the actress said she wasn't attached to this movie yet.

Maybe things have changed since then though. I don't think it's necessary to have her continue on anyways, I think it would be better off if this series was about different types of demons/ghosts/hauntings.

One other thing, are we sure it's the same house? It's been awhile since I'd seen the last movie. All I remember is how the main bedroom looked lol.

Alright, the girl in the trailer and Katie are about the same height,
however like I said before Katie is a lot thicker.
If you look on the pic, she absolutly has bigger arms then trailerchick (gonna call her TC) and her uh, ..chest aswell,
TC's shirt is tight on top and she looks flat, HOWEVER her belly looks bigger, looks kind of pregnant to me. Maybe it's just cos she's standing weird. (so what? pregnant-lost child due to weird circumstances but imagines it's still there? lol <- probably total bull) Keep in mind, Katie wears tight clothes, and TC has loose stuff on that makes her look bigger a little.

So, we do know Diane (Micah found after the ''thing'' wrote the name on the Ouija board)
had the same thing happen to her as Katie,...But we never found out WHY.
But after looking at the trailer, I don't think it's gonna be the same all over again.
So what changed it's behaviour? Was Katie pregnant and that's why?
After reading interviews with the Micah guy it seems he will appear in Part 2, wich would make sense if it's a prequel, but since he's
dead he has no business being in a sequel. (yes, I know, I make horrible sentences)

I'm so confused lol.

Little note to myself about the trailer:
Let's say TC is possessed by the ''thing'' then who's rocking in the chair?... Who opened the left door? Since TC came out of the bathroom?

What about the living room? The flash of it in the trailer looks like the same house to me.

However if the original writer/director isn't involved in this and it was his house, that would be kinda odd for him.

Well, if it´s Katie, then maybe it´s like she´s the one who it´s haunting the house. Maybe looking for that baby.

Anyway, it´s just starting, so all we have it´s guessing.
