 		Ok that's super weird because we had no official lead to the jfk photo, someone just randomly stumbled across it.

 		But still no real leads. Unless we're just missing something from the last transmission. Or unless we haven't seen the entire surface of the "decoder rings". Or perhaps Carbon hasn't examined the stuff he got well enough (in the shells, perhaps?) Or perhaps there's something in the tape we haven't figured out.

It doesn't HAVE to be dead... but it probably is, without a gentle nudge from the PM.

Or perhaps there's really no one (PM's or Players) who cares enough to take it off life support besides you rykar? LoL, great find earlier btw actually did give it some life....

Carbon did such a great job with what he was given though that I just don't think there could be anything else there. Plus he lives with the stuff, if I were him I'd look at every inch of it at least twice a day lol.

 		Heh, true enough. However... I can't help but think it's not over. While treyarch might be doing a poor job at running this... it's still Treyarch. They have resources enough to commit a good amount of time to this. While they may have stopped caring... I still think that there's another clue that's been missed.

Or at least I'm hoping. I hate coming into an ARG that I didn't notice had already died >_>

So maybe it didn't get the amount of attention/publicity they were hoping for (and they decided they were wasting their resources)? Maybe they accomplished their goal (the dead drop)? Maybe they'll pick it up again closer to the launch date?

Regardless of the reason, it's still dead Sad

 		This game felt like it was never done by an agency, or a company with a history of virals of this nature. It felt like it was done in house, and some of the inexperience in doing these things (such as the heavy download that was the main site) was rather apparent.

Maybe they got in over their head and would rather spent the time coding the actual game?

 		hmm...
Everyone have to remember what the call of duty black ops poster is for though. i read that it suppose to help you in the game. maybe treyarch started the ARG and it can be solved or finished in the game like a bonus just like the zombie mode for WaW where there was hidden items and radios around each zombie map. there may be hidden items annd information in black ops as well.

 		Death of an ARG
Great job all round to those who did you leg work.

Sadly I think this should be buried it's starting to stink up the forum.

We know it's Treyarch, we know it's black ops, we know it could be zombies.

The live drop going to Carbon of codz finishes it as an ARG.

Also just to rub the salt in, the fact that josh olin was in the room at the time of the live drop, need I say more.

The fun has gone from this, I read 80 pages and the last comment took the biscuit.

Alien Tourists.... Game Over....

 		I'm gone for 10 minutes and it turns into "alien terrorists"

what has come of this world? Why are the aliens terrorists? genocide is not terrorism. if aliens attack, it will be to eradicate all living beings that get in the way of them and the resources of this world (paraphrasing some Hawking lol). They will not be threatening people to get what they want, they'll be killing them.

Anyway... was the Cuba thing really right under our noses the whole time? lol

I said the same thing to my son about the alien terrorists. and yes the Cuban base was there the whole time.

We know this has to do with a nuclear reaction (fission)with the element Uranium 238 (shown in one of the transmissions)

And U-238 is a very well known isotope. I learned about it in chemistry class.

I also learned of this "Chernobyl" incident being the worst nuclear disaster in history. I believe it took place in Russia.

Not sure if this helps,but just maybe the secret to this whole thing lies in general chemistry.

Also,that one picture of everyone huddles around JFK on the TV,idk if this helps either,but one guy in the back towards the middle right looks like he's evil and staring at someone...just a thought...

(btw,im trying to register but i havent recieved an email yet...so yeah...)
