Spoiler: Codeword: Northridge

Connected to Agent Weiss on SecNetComm.
Weiss says: Weiss here. How can I help you?
You say: Codeword: Northridge

Weiss Says: Sorry to send you out so quick again, Zydeco, but we need your help.
A freelance computer hacker named JohnnyReb is setting up a web site for us that
can monitor anyone who logs on to it, and is dropping the IP Address. It's a short
string of numbers. I need you to follow his lead to the drop location, and respond
back wth the IP Address using 'Northridge: [IP address]'. He usually leaves his first
contact at UltimateRollercoaster.com. He's been playing a lot of RollerCoaster
Tycoon lately.

What music do YOU listen to?

I love jamming to music when I play RT2 (but not when then bumper car groove
kicks in - I LOVE that!).

My current choice: Rosey, "Dirty Child".

What do you listen to?

JohnnyReb

[Again with the YOU...maybe this replaces the DROP from previous missions.]

Also this message was posted in this forum:

Have you ever felt the DROP on the Magnum?

Have you ever felt the DROP on the Magnum?

My favorite roller coaster has to be the Magnum XL200 at Cedar Point in Sandusky,
Ohio. It's amazing. Check it out.

Rosey's just too cool, too cool! Great accompaniment.

My two CD's I can't stop playing--Rosey first, Sheila Nicholls second.

Thanks for making my listening experience so great!

[Oh fine...did I mention I hate music puzzles?]

go to switchboard.com
put Johnny Reb in the name fields

look at these results:
*Reb, Johnny
12985613378,
CA, CA

*Reb, Johnny
259103179,
CA, CA

the second one appears to be an IP address.

You say: northridge: 259103179

Weiss Says: Good job, Zydeco. Email that number to me at
Weiss.CIA.DCHubSPLATtwdc.com ASAP, so I can let our field op know it;
this will be big help in another mission. Make sure you put 'Operation KnockKnock'
in the subject line.

Is this yet another intentional misspell? They have to mean something...nobody could make that many errors even if they were being completely careless.

On my phone at least, 7 and 9 both have four letters above them, PQRS and WXYZ (respectively). So, 7(4) would be an S and 7(3) would be an R. I have seen phones, however, that disregarded the letter Q, but I don't think it's an intentional mistake.

how interesting...I never noticed that before. My phone doesn't have a Q or a Z. That solves it then, thank you.
