I just got the white screen of forum posting too. I hadn't seen it for a long time.

I'm 5 for 5 today and I don't think it happened, yesterday.

We're not ignoring this problem, it's just a bit pesky.
In other news, wave embeds can now be done either with the wave URL or with the waveref "link to this wave" URL option available from the "..." dropdown in a wave view.

And here I just thought it was my computer or ISP. Thanks for working on it Space.

Okay, I think we might finally have the WSOD licked for good. Please do let me know if you see it again, however.

I don't know to what extent this has been mentioned, but are you aware that you can't post anything on this site in IE6 with Javascript enabled?
I just started a new job and am being forced to use IE6 (can't upgrade it, can't use Firefox, can't use Chrome ... Don't ask), so it's quite annoying.
I can manage by turning off Javascript when I post, but still.

I am aware of rendering quirks with IE6/7 but I thought it was confined to topic replies only. Are you able to post new topics? Are you able to install the Google Chrome Frame plugin for IE?
I will get the rendering fixed if possible but it's not currently a priority to support old broke-ass browsers.

nighthawk - i use the awesome IE7 myself. i find that if you hit the stop button while the page is loading, you can get the page to allow you to post.
space - while i've already been told to either change browsers or shut up by someone else, lol, and i do realize it isn't a priority at all. But because you asked.... Yeah, posting at all {either a reply or a new topic} doesn't work correctly.

Nope, can't. I work at the closest thing to a government agency, so they're *very* restrictive.

Heck, Firefox 2 can still post in the forums. The left hand frame with the user info sometimes gets a little shrunken and you can't see all of the avatars, but everything else works.
Oh hey, can you run portable apps at your workplace Nighthawk? There's a portable version of Firefox you can easily run off a flash drive.
You might also want to inform your employer of why it's bad to still be running IE6 in the enterprise .
