I kinda got the static out, but i think the voice IS the static. I need to find a way to make the static sound like a voice.

Hmm, could you post the audio you currently have? I can not help you with decoding it, but I'd like to hear what you have so far.

I messed around with the audio you supplied and what I got is uber creepy.

It sounds more like a voice but from that point on idk what to do with it.

Played around with the audio too a bit, the middle part when sped up sounds like someone talking, sped up to about 500% it sounds like a scream Shocked

Alright, i'm going to the park. But if i see Slenderman, i'm going to freak the fuck out. Also, at the park near my house, someone scratched the Operator Symbol into the ground.
