The site has been updated I think:o
Guest One, why are you asking us here if the site has been updated? Go look!
Guest Two, if you think you see something has been updated, why not post here what it is that you see? Guest One needs to know!
And if either of you are just friends of the PM, it's rude to prod the players.

to the nasa site it lists the solar eclips coming up on July 11 - looks like it's only going to hit the southern tip of South America. And apparently this is when the gates of hell open?

The "12 in (enter number here)" seems to be reiterating what you'd already figured out, that something is happening on (what I would assume) to be midnight the morning of July 11th. (i.e. Today it says "12 in 44" and I counted out the days and came to July 10th. Since NASA says the eclipse is on Jully 11th, I assumed 12 meant midnight.)
I assume that is when the sites will open up again? Because when I found this thread I went to the sites to retrace your steps, and the only site that didn't have the "12 in ##" message was the login site, and the sites that one leads you to (which, incidentally, happen to be the path to finding out about the eclipse. So my assumption here is they left that up so that people could still figure out what the seemingly next step in the game is.)

Oscar Mike at last. It's good to be moving out.
Oscar Mike is OM in Phonetic Alphabets. Does OM has any other meaning?

Ok I don't like to wait so I looked into the source, (Partially justified by the randomness of the timer), spoiler's to follow:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The main page is encoded with javascript unicode this is easy to decode as you just change the document.write to alert to see what it translates to, if you wish I've copy/pasted it here: http://pastebin.com/vG0DrZj7
Basically it picks a random amount of time and since this isn't exactly fair I don't feel bad posting here, (I guess my counter finished ) and when that time is up displays this message: "File download complete. Grab from /recording.zip."
For easy reference: http://w-o-l-f.uphero.com/recording.zip
However when trying that url I get an error 000webhost did not find results or some other garbage. So my guess is the file hasn't been uploaded yet.
I'm also having trouble accessing this page: http://w-o-l-f.uphero.com/w-o-l-f.html gives me a 000webhost error too. So he's probably having hosting issues.

Yeah that's what he gets for using "free" web hosting.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
After looking into the timer more closely, the soonest possible time it could end is July 15 at midnight, regardless of what time zone you are in. This is because it uses your computer's clock, which also means setting your date forward to the 15th causes it to finish (give or take a few hours depending on the time of day and the random hour generated. Setting it to the 16th will guarantee it finishes).
So we probably won't see anything til around the 14th/15th
