If anyone's wondering, those mysterious yellow circles on the road (the hobo glyphs with a missing leg) are utility markers:

Or at least, that's what they WANT us to think...

So, I'm trying to send in a few more stamps to the EPS, but unfortunatley I cannot find an email address for the guys.

On the site it says:
Quote:
or send an electronic version (PNG/GIF/JPG/EPS/SVG/TLA) to chopchop at this website

So I tried chopchopSPLATstampsfromelsewhere.com but to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas?

Maybe we should send all the candy we can find to the P.O. Box.

So I went to deliver my talisman to thier postoffice (used a po box lookup) to ensure safe delivery. The address was tied to the object using a tag and twine. And I have to say it was the hardest experience in the game so far! I asked them if they could just drop the item in their box ( literally right next to them) but they insisted that it had to be in an envelope and have a stamp. I offered to buy a stamp, but they still refused. Finally the sup. Came and said she would take it. Hopefully it gets there haha. Protip: don't deliver the talisman by hand.

So, triclyops, you were given a note from Ethel after the meeting? Have you read it?
