Southworth Paper Company is as old as the hills, and it's one town over from me.
It's always been the standard for quality paper and certainly would have been, in the time frame, the paper to print on. Nice bit of authentication!
And I'm just a tiny bit jazzed it's been used.
I don't think you could get anyone from the company to admit if they made a special run, damn if only I still knew peeps who worked the line!

Hmm. I'm sending from Sweden and we don't have zip codes either. Also, a stamp on the letter said "Always use zip code". Hope it won't be a problem. D:

SO PSYCHED TO GET MINE TODAY...
Only to find that there was a 10 page long thread about exactly the same thing.
Uploading for great justice. Sorry about the poor quality, it's from a cell phone.
The postmark is from the 13th, and mine too says ALWAYS USE ZIP CODE on the envelope.

Just got home and my letter was here!
I sent the maze and app part together (in a strip, cut out from the full page) the day after the form was found.
Postage date is the same, 13 JUL
Ok, so now how to respond to the "SPACE CHALLENGE!" and I wonder if we will all be part of the "Super Speedflier Fleet" or maybe later runs will be something different?
/emato ... counting stars and wondering what outer space tastes like!

Watermark Has anyone compared the watermark on the letter to the one on the letters in the back of the craig's list estate sale pictures (i.e. the funeral invite)?
