And making a new thread to say this was necessary?

No, it wasn't - but by magic it found its home.

So that's two of us that used the same vintage Mac mini to finish this off. Mine is a 1.25 ghz G4, and it's pretty sad to me that Flash can be so heavy on such a machine.

Has anyone who doesn't live in America got them yet?
I beat circuit cycles a day or two before the swag was announced..

Yeah, I'm in the UK and I got mine last Friday - didn't post about it cos I had no new information to contribute...

Looking back on this game, it was fun, but MAN could it get frustratingly hard at times! It's almost as hard as that old NES game Kid Icarus at times. I almost lost my sanity playing through all 32 levels in one sitting a second time for my friend (who I had sign up to join Flynn Lives so he can get some swag) just so he could get the postcards in the mail, too! In the end, it was worth getting those postcards, which I'll be taking good care of!

I'd much rather play Kid Icarus again, but that's me. Smile

Somewhere Steve Jobs is telling you to "upgrade" (read: throw out and buy a new one) your mac.

Sounds like when folks have to replace their PC's that have gotten too old/outdated... Wink

I did upgrade this mini - to 512 mb of RAM years ago, and just recently to OS X Tiger (10.4.11). Still works pretty dandy for most things. I can even watch Flash video on most sites pretty well. If I wanted to play the game fast, I'd play it on the mini in my living room, which is newer, faster, and runs Leopard. Actually, I did try playing the game there twice. Bluetooth keyboard is too slow, and game playback too fast for this console gamer.

That wasn't too, too hard; I just messed up a few times because of flash lag and once or twice from going about it the wrong way.

Quick thanks to all for the zoom-in method of assisting in CC game play — it makes a HUGE difference in playability on my swift Mac. Night and day difference, even though it's not slowing down the game itself. I hadn't realized how small the game was on my monitor before it.

Now to find the time to finish all the levels!

Is this "puzzle" related to Identity Raid Like the Badges were? That is: is the ending of IR countdown a signal to have your game finished to get your goodies on time? I finished this morning with 23 hours to spare!

I doubt it's some sort of deadline for CC, though it's been speculated that the countdown might lead to another game which would then bring us to something lovely : Shocked
