Official ComiTron panel photos

Just sharing these official pics from Disney (sent to me this afternoon), in case anyone hadn't seen them yet. 25 shots of the cast and filmmakers during the panel and at press junkets before, enjoy!

Ok..

The Tron Legacy Booth is AWESOME. 10ft tall Reco is AWESOME
Thursday Tron Legacy Panel showed 8 minutes of the movie and was EPIC AWESOME!

ok for my little rants pardon me:
Thruss I could NOT get my iPod to connect online to check the twitter page, and due to certain other "issues" I was unable to even play the scavanger hunt to get the swag and go to the re-opening party at Flynn's Arcade and am very not happy about that....

Now on Friday.. After much chaos and such. I finally have both the Tron exclusives.

Some (not all) the rent-a-security act like a**h**les and act like a 8 headed hydra that tell you 8 different things and people are getting pushed along and not allowed to get in line or if they are after the the 60th person in line they get rudely told "you can't line up here! and "the line is closed!"

So, the lines are atrocious, at least 80% of the people in line for the Tron booth to buy the tron items seem to me to be:
item scaplers i.e. persons that just want to buy the toy to sale to another toy dealer, and ebay item scaplers that want to sale the two toys on ebay for hiked up prices.

Watch there's goin to be several listing on ebay for the vintage figure for $80-$100. Scumbag Null Units!!!! Also "Elite" Security S**KS!

The real die-hard, hard core TRON fans are lucky if they can get the vintage figure at all at Comic Con this year...it's frakked up.

Cool moment from yesterday: I wandered by the TRON: Legacy booth after failing to get into the Hall H panel. Garrett Hedlund was there, posing for photographs in full Sam Flynn TRON gear. In between photos, he happened to glance in my direction... his eyes dipped down a bit as he read my FLYNN LIVES shirt... and then he looked back up and gave an acknowledging smile and nod. Smile

Question: I have tweets I want to know about immediately sent to my Verizon phone, and that doesn't require Wifi. Why wouldn't you have done it that way? I get them as text messages all day long.

Well aren't you lucky. I was there today in my full Tron suit standing three feet in front of him and he didn't see me. Sad almost 4 years I've been a fan of him and that was the closest I'd ever been to him. If I had just said something...

I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to be a jerk by showing off or anything. What made the exchange cool to me was the fact that he recognized "Flynn Lives" as not just something TRON-related, but specifically as something that was part of the extra activity in which he had participated as an actor. He remembered the footage he shot, and he remembered what it was for, and he acknowledged it. Maybe he decided to take a moment to react in-character as Sam Flynn, appreciating the support for his lost father. Which could explain, I think, why a silly T-shirt got a reaction while a far more impressive full TRON suit did not.

IMO you're lucky to have seen him in person, I'd kill for an opportunity like that! I would have loved to go to Comic Con and see them all.

I WON THIS ITEM! It cost a small mint. But a small price to pay for what I believe is a piece of film history! Still a bit in shock! Wow!

Congrats! I was watching that auction too. Little too rich for my blood, (I have a BJD addiction that's costing me Hundreds this month) but it looks like a cool item. I've already been Outbid on two different Arcade Lots. Those are going to go for a couple hundred I have a feeling. Crying or Very sad

Yeah, I think the Arcade stuff is going to all go for LOTS of cash. The poster with DAYS left on it is already up over $100! Insanity. But I learned my lesson last SDCC. Don't bid on ANYTHING right now. Wait a few months and the stuff will be down to nothing. The FLYNN LIVES posters were going for well over $100 a pop and tokens sometimes over $50. Three months later and I got a poster and token for $50 total. I know it's hard. But... patience!
