Get off your lightcycle and walk. LOL. Seriously, just choose to go there instead of riding your lightcycle there.

it took me a while to get to the safe house as well. when you come out of the small canyon/crack thing into that big area take a left. follow the wall until your on the other side of the area that has the "tunnel" that you have to jump into. follow the arrow from there and you'll hit an inclined switchback that will take you up to the safe house spot. you kinda go away from where you need to go to get around to the area that leads to it. hope that was clear enough. happy cycling

Flynn's Light Cycle
Owner: Kevin Flynn
Source: Permanent
Capacity: 1
Kevin Flynn was able to transfer his old light cycle into the new TRON system with a few upgrades. It is one of the few vehicles in the TRON world that is persistent (a fancy way of saying it doesn't require a baton to create it). Its speed is unparalleled.
Light Cycle (Clu)
Owner: Clu
Source: Clu's Baton
Capacity: 1
Clu 's light cycle comes with special programming that gives it some unique offensive abilities. It is easily identified by its unique bright yellow color.
Light Cycle (Standard)
Owner: All Programs
Source: Baton
Capacity: 1
Light Cycles are powered by a program's energy and generated from each program's baton an incredibly high-tech multi-tool that can be encoded with a variety of tools. Light Cycles are complex machines that are incredibly fast and agile two-wheeled vehicles which generate light ribbons near-indestructible barriers. These cycles never break, but derezz upon destruction, requiring the program to use more of its own energy to create a new one from its baton. There is only one light cycle in the Grid not created by a baton Kevin Flynn 's original light cycle from the old Tron System.
Light Runner
Owner: Quorra
Source: Permanent
Capacity: 2
The Light Runner is a heavily armed personal recreational vehicle with a flip-up canopy. Essentially a high-tech dune buggy, it's slower and less maneuverable than a Light Cycle , but tougher and able to handle all types of terrain. It also can generate a light ribbon which is larger than those generated by light cycles and packs other offensive weapons.
Recognizer
Owner: Clu's Sentries & Black Guard
Source: Permanent
Capacity: 5+
Enormous arc-shaped vehicles (or upside-down U's if you want to look at it that way) that fly and patrol the Grid to maintain order by capturing, derezzing, or generally preventing troublesome programs from breaking the rules or escaping the Grid.

Baton
The hand-wielded tool programs in the Grid use to generate usable objects like light cycles, umbrellas, and weapons like staffs and swords.
Identity Disc
It's a program's signature inside the Grid, how he or she is recognized, and a record of all he or she has done within the system but it's also a potent weapon capable of derezzing another program.
Light Grenades
These digital wonders explode, derezzing code and unlucky programs to smithereens via powerful energy bursts.
Staff
A weapon most often wielded by Clu's forces in the TRON world.
Sword
A weapon generated by a program's baton. Quorra 's weapon of choice.[/img]

Sweet wallpapers. In the first two, who does the signature belong to? I can't make it out...
That would be Daniel Simon, he designed most of the vehicles:

The costumes & helmets were designed by Neville Page:

I meant to point this out after noticing it in the new trailer that came out last Thursday but forgot. Thankfully your posting of the PNG files reminded me. Anyone notice anything...familiar?

Well Robbie, sorry to tell you but based on your post here and your crosspost , this probably isn't put in there as a nod to us. That white light cycle design with the array of hexagonal shapes like that dates back a good way, and to begin with the image we found via the 'hack' of Flynn's server had those markings, and is art created by Disney for the film. If you don't believe so, take note that the concept was out there a year ago, as found via this post :

Now I wonder, did they get some inspiration from the CSC LRG Hayabusa?

Still trying to figure out how to save my progress. The "my account" is still greyed-out. Also, can't import a pic for my character. Anyone else still having the same issues, or am I just going crazy. Using Firefox, tried IE and safari and even Opera. No dice. Methinks the site still has something in store for us. Maybe FL account badges? Or perhaps the damn site is just unfinished!

The import photo choice has never worked for me. Neither has being able to save my avatar/progress. Annoying.

Ditto and amen. What's the point in driving that slick light cycle and getting all the orbs just to lose it all? Maddening.
