Cowboy - A Treasure Hunt Cowboy - A Treasure Hunt

COWBOY is a book with pictures, art and a story designed as puzzles leading you to money that has been buried, waiting to be found. The cash is somewhere in the lower 48 in the good ole USA.

Discussion has already started over at tweleve.org
Some have already received their copy of the book from lulu and it sounds interesting. Guess I need to giddy up and order mine.
Either join in over there (link under my siggy down below) or post here if you received the book yet and what you think of it. I go to both forums regularly to catch up on TCWAF and The Tenth Leaf among others and now will do so on this hunt.
You should check out the youtube link posted over at tweleve too.
Looks like this is gonna be a good one!

Is anyone else doing this?
This book has so much to do. Very interesting. Very revealing if you look into it.
Don't forget to visit the official site of Cowboy for some "other" information.

Also don't forget to check out the link that tells you "What you may find in COWBOY".

You'll probably find more people on it in other forums. Unfiction caters more towards real-time immersive narratives and interactive games, with less emphasis on a treasure or prize at the end. I'm not saying there isn't some possibility of cross-over interest groups, which is why I like to announce puzzle trails over in our Timewasters section, to grab the attention of people who like that sort of thing. Then I expect they'll go find a forum (like Quest4Treasure or tweleve.org) where they can find a community dedicated to dissecting that genre of clues. It's a slightly different skill set than what ARGs are known for.
(I say this as someone who straddles both worlds, having worked on The Clock Without A Face with people in both communities, but mostly in IRC rather than either forum.)
