if it's a phone number then some of the spaces are significant so trick is finding out which ones.
if it's multiplication it's 9481646 * 117 which = 1109352582 if my math isn't failing. which is utterly possible.

In his blog Boris Gouza mentions Medussa Autos. Ran a Whois domain search to find their site was created on July21st 2010.

ETA: Plus "Series Sites:Dexter:Messua Used Auto" etc in the source.(beter later than never) Smile

They're going out of business and have a contact message as well as a promo pic of Theo Medussa:

There's another site/blog related to this at http://www.8inblood.com, though there's not much there at the moment.

Apparently, the Comic Con game had an official website too that I haven't seen here? http://dextergameon.com I doubt that since it's technically OOG that it will have anything relating to the ARG, but at least it gives a sneak peek at some new Dexter footage. Very Happy
