Looks like some kind of police statement? Not entirely sure. All I can gather is that the person signing this has been receiving threatening messages directed at them (and their baby brother). Interesting...

ETA: Oh, two questions. Do you know who it was from, and where'd you get Rhinojock from?

I found an old gamejack thread and read it... I'm not sure if that was meant to be in character or anything but I'm a bit wary about getting involved in this :/

Brrittany, was this sent with the old Rhinojock address?

Either way, there isn't much to go on outside of this incident report, which describes threatening emails and the plantiff stalking the defendant and that the plaintiff has a brother.
