I was wrong, it is from Hong Kong. The lamps from ceiling thing is from a place called the man mo temple in hong kong.

Additionally in one of the pictures there is a road sign saying Yau Ma Tei, which is a district of Hong Kong.

So I'm pretty sure the person who said Hong Kong was right. I called the number with the Hong Kong prefix with a terrible VOIP service and it sounded like the voicemail said that you'd reached "Regis." Of course it was appallingly bad service so it could be wrong, but it said to leave your e-mail. That's all I got. Somebody who can hear shit on international calls with like a legit phone should do it.

Well, I can confirm that it does sound like the message we might want, but I too have a VOIP phone and it's really garbled.

I'm a little worried about him, having the fact he is a possible witness in a serial killer's unsolved murder spread all over the internet is probably not too safe for him.

So here is something I wondered: was the security system tampered with by F8 or did something else happen to it, and F8 just heard about it not working from the cop who overheard the phone call to the security company( or if f8 had his own bug in Santos' place)

Gotta say I got a chuckle out of Santos big bad drug dealer spelling out his name and holding for the security company. Plus the doorbell, so cute, he just says come in? What kind of security is that.
