I haven't figured it out, but here's what I have so far:

About the times tables of anotherpiece.html
I guess we spoilerize puzzle spec, yes?

Every row is an image of the times tables 0-9, or 1-(1)0, depending on your view. They're randomly loaded into the page, suggesting that each image provide a or some letters for an anagram, to me.
If each string of numbers (the order of the tables) is broken into 2s, the numbers 12, 34, 56, 78, and 90 are present in every string. So: In the order of the pictures names:

Each column has 3 numbers in it
12905634 78 are the ones that are repeated.
the bold ones are in columns where are two possible choices, but the other choices are used up in the 9th and 10th columns, leaving 3 and 4 behind.
