Dude; hidden forums don't do anything versus bots. To stop bots you need to remove guest posting privileges. Go to modify board and look under Posting Restrictions. Do this and bots cannot post, as they need guest posts enabled to get in.

Ah, I do see what your talking about now, having logged out. I did not realize that all my boards were hidden. I'm going to talk to my mods and see what they did.

Off topic: Hey demios, I see you got a new picture. It's nice, but now I'm going to have to get used to that now. I knew everyone by image.

Ok, I now fixed what one of my mods did, and you can now see the categories.

Alrighty. Then I shall check it out. If it is interesting, I might consider joining.
EDIT: Looked through it. Don't like how there are too many boards and most of them have like one or two topics in and I don't like how it is basically this board, but a forum. I have no reason to make the move as this place is just fine. And being a member of a clone of this place at the same time as being here is pointless.

This forum's been around for quite some time, hasn't it? I'm sorry I haven't posted more often; I've just been trying to keep the number of sites that I visit on a regular basis whittled down as, otherwise, I wind up sitting on my ass all day and chatting with people! (Not that that's necessarily a bad thing... but real life has been piling up on my doorstep!)

Yes, SN has been up for quite some time. I went on a sabbatical for a while, and when I got back, I saw some were still posting. So, I took a renewed interest in the site.

The whole time traveling theory? Been debated on since that entry was posted. You can find loads of outbirk and real debate over it on unforums. Mostly on the trail threads, I think.

yeah, apparently the source for my old one got lost. This one will, hopefully, be more permanent.

I always figured that many of the people populating the Slender Nation forums had migrated over from UNF so they'd sort of discussed a lot of it already, and taken it for granted.
I do like that you make it possible for Everyman Hybrid to have it's very own section. I think that if that begins to become very popular it would be a good place to go -- I mean, people have been screaming for a new subforum over here for that series, but there's not much difference between clicking over to a new subfourm and coming over to Slender Nation.
On a finicky note, I find that the header is rather way too long a space to be giving a chunk of information (in this case, a picture of Slendy) that we're going to have to scroll past again and again to reach the content we want. I think that it's the margin of 100-150 px at the top that's making it that way, though, and that the picture could be saved from being chopped if you went into the admin settings and bumped it up to about 5 px from the top. I'm fairly certain that that's easily done on a proboards site, based on what I've seen from moderation in the past. (It's great that the background shows through the png but I think it's more important to have easy of browsing!)
Don't feel disheartened; haters gonna hate, after all. I have a feeling that half of the people voicing their contempt here are only doing it because they want to jump on the bandwagon.

I do thank you for your vote of confidence, and I hall look into working on the header. I also agree that some people may just be hopping on the "hate another slendy forum" bandwagon. To them, I say simply this:
What happens when they close this sub forum down?

Our main man, of course!
But on a non-silly note, I think your guys' idea is great. Seems very neat and organized... and if we had one central forum, we wouldn't have misunderstandings like today, when two different parties went to hunt for the same clue. At the same time, I'll probably wait until the discussions get caught up before I consider joining.
