"There are very few corners of knowledge more difficult
than that of the Races of Men the chief reason being
that there has been so much movement and migration
in the course of the ages One physical type has
mingled with another inducing strange amalgams and
novelties "

Question 56 will be released as soon as they get 10 contributors or have 2950 registered users.

Currently they have 1 contributor and 2582 registered users.

On June 7th they had 2496 users, so question 56 will likely be released 285 days from now. Laughing

kie,
I can't quite come out with your figures for my illustration.

My first one divides to
37 17 26 85 22 28 14 17 22 _28 48_212 136 151 194 253 234

the directions are ->4{^3<2>8{

begin at 37
move right one to 17
delete 17 26 85 22
go to end 234
move back 3 to 151 move back 3 to 194 (end of 151)
delete 151 194 delete 194 253
go home to 37
move right (to the next available number?) 28 14 (end of 2Cool
delete 28 14 17 22 _ 28 48 _ delete 14 17 22 __ 28 48 __ 212
this leaves 37 212 136 253 234 this leaves 37 28 136 151 234

Did I do anything wrong?

Bolded the errors, the first mistake seemed to throw you. I think these 'rules' are still open for interpretation anyway as the results don't seem consistent with each other.

My number is: 37 21 128 115 234
now count:

I have to conclude the notes I made are bad.
But I try to give hints anyway

Question 22
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Say the verse loud out. Some words or combined words representing an image on the stones.

Question 24
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Top riddle - Compass: Draw the lines of the directions.
Bottom riddle - Watch: What you see it not relevant, what you don't see is.

Yes, I read that, but because "Question 56 has 13 different questions and is the most difficult WIQ question to date" I figured that by the time we solve question 56, WIQ will have (near) 5000 registered users. Laughing

I expect (read hope) that this riddle will attract many new players as soon as it is actively played again. Wink

I am still afraid I won't have enough IPs at the end of round 1 to be allowed to participate part 2. Sad

Q56

Solved Patience, Detachment, Humility, Intuition, Will and Prudence. Though not quite sure about Prudence. Site says 6/13 complete, but Prudence is still clickable for me, and I didn't do anything there?!?

For the others I don't have any good ideas yet, besides maybe Charity, but I still hope, that my idea is wrong, because it would be against their rules and I'm surely not willing to solve it that way Rolling Eyes

Edit: Curiosity done, 6 more to go!

Noone else playing??
