How important is it to get rid of rats in my Lodgings? I have blown a whole day on that--does it mean no one can accept invitations? I can't catch up with Rumours right now either so interactions are kind of out in two directions... Thank you for this--I have searched but didn't find any rats; not sure I can search Echo Bazaar specifically/properly either.

Wait, what? Another person asking about the rats? Unless that old content has become bugged with the new content updates, you should just be able to play rat-related storylets (in your lodgings. Go to your lodgings first, obviously) until they're dead and you get the quality Vermin-Free.

Cheers Hikaru--sorry to trouble, and you are kind to reply. I think I may have been having issues with my own system that made Echo Bazaar and searching here more frustrating than they need have been, and I understand they expect to have the HTML issues in the game itself fixed soon.

As far as I know, there is only /one/ Starveling Cat, and it can only be won from someone in K&C. I'm not sure who has it these days.

I have started adding the new content into the wiki. People have contacted me to say they have content, but never actually given me that content: if you want to add stuff that isn't there yet, cards, missing Cheesemonger stuff, whatever, you can send it to me.

Note: I have not even started any of the new Persuasive content, and I do not want anyone to send it to me. I see someone else is adding content there, anyhow.

Stuff I would particularly like:

The Hunt is On! results
How to unlock the Spite hunt -- I saw it once, then it disappeared.

High level (Term Passing 11/12) University results
(I have seen the correct murder answer, but only intend to add that one when I have all 4 results, so as not to clue everyone in by only one result having content.)

FYI: they totally changed the rats storylets, you're trying to reduce your "Rats at home" quality from about 17 to 0, and as it gets lower, new storylets unlock. All in Lodgings. You can do stuff at Watchmaker's Hill when you have rats, just not social activities.

I noticed that on the EBZ wikidot, it mentions that you can only have five members before it costs money to increase membership...

This is incorrect. This would be true if the site were site private, so that only members can see. Public sites have unlimited membership, as shown here: http://www.wikidot.com/plans

I don't suppose anyone can inform me if there's anything beyond Embroiled in the Wars of Illusion 6? I'm at 7 right now, and am approaching 8, and I want to know if I should go for as high as possible or if I should just milk the high-echo action until my shadowy reaches 100.

When are you given the chance to seduce the Struggling Artist's Model? I'm ~60 Persuasive and I still haven't seen it...

I did complete the Struggling Artist's storylet, but I hear if you're of mysterious and indistinct gender, you can complete both.

Does anyone know when that storylet pops up?

I'm still tweaking some stuff in the areas; I'll try to help out with cards soon. If you have texts saved up, that's always helpful as well. ^^

Do you mean Polythreme? I know that's where they come from, but I didn't know that you have to be one to visit...is it Ambition-connected? I know there are two new areas so far which have been unlocked with the Nemesis Ambition (Chambers of the Heart and Venderbright).
