Yeah, I've been playing around with it. Don't know if it's just my browser but I can only get the bottom two daggers to drag around. Nothing else does for me.

For reference the corner images have the following names:-

Top left - CircleofLife.png - with xtth underneath
Top right -Fallen.png - with pzth underneath
Bottom left - Dagger2.png - with sgch underneath
Bottom right - Dagger1.png - with arah underneath

Using simple substitution, the text underneath the images could be:-
xtth = soon
pzth = upon
sgch = than
arah = even

They may not be spot on though.

Hi Merago. Long time no see! Just a guess here.

Interspacing "dagger#1" to the left (as the source maybe hints) with the "circle of life" gives axrtathh which substitutes as lifeless or loveless.

"Dagger#2" through "Fallen" gives spgzcthh which is ROT11 for darkness.

I noticed this on the website.. but have other things to be doing (like categorising some 60 books [isbn, author, publisher, date, etc]), so haven't been able to/had time to make anything out of it yet.

You did notice the timer at the bottom of the login page, yes? It confirms the game's starting date as the 21st of December, 05:27:43. Which is of course the starting date and time of the eclipse.

Furthermore, the screenshot on darkness.php is definitively one of an IRC program, presumably running on Windows, judging by font and gui looks. The channel seems to be a random one, with quotes from the screenshot being "I got a new game! Yay!" and "Yay bold! Thanks $pacebass". The channel is #unfiction!

I'm not entirely sure O is telling us to choose sides. Read his Native American fable carefully - I think he's seeking balance between the two factions. But here's the thing - is one side currently, or about to become, dominant? The fact that he calls for us to stop the fifteen days of darkness, while at the same time opening the portal for us to contact the oborot is interesting.

Could it be that during the coming eclipse there is a chance for some action or ritual that will increase their power, or could the activities of the Silver Poplar expose themselves and lead them to be attacked, weakened or destroyed?
