ARGishness of Some Sort Tied to London Anti-Design Festival

Yomi Ayeni (Violette's Dream, Breathe) recently retweeted a post from "The Librarian" implying OCD/Declassify (whatever that is) would have some form of presence at the London Anti-Design Festival next week.

The twitter account has a number of posts with images implying ties with Facebook and the BBC that set up a Wingdings-style cipher.

A description of what the Anti-Design Festival is from the horse's mouth:
