I think the obnoxiousness is part of his charm. Smile

I'm kind of on the fence regarding whether he's "in on" anything, if by that you mean he's acting complicity with Slendy & Co. I do think he's been affected more deeply than the other two, in ways that haven't been made explicit to us and that he may or may not be consciously aware of. The purple tape over his mouth in the ustream video and the clearly non-naturalistic pose amongst the blood-bags in "Joke's Over" suggest, at least to me, that there's something going on with him that he hasn't shared with us and possibly hasn't shared with the other guys.

 		For the lulz, I tried looking at the EXIF data from Jeff's twitpic. Sadly his camera doesn't include GPS data on the image so no clues from that. It was taken at about 4:45am on his camera's clock on Aug 20, that's about all we can get. Too bad, was hoping they dropped us an easter egg Smile

And has anyone asked them if they've been receiving envelopes?

Well, he did take that Slenderman picture and throw it away, and maybe he was trying to sound stupid concerning the flash drive so Vince would ignore him. He may be sabotaging the entire investigation.

 		Blah, I think I'm a terrible person for taking so long to realize the ". . ." and "- - -" titles are probably directly inspired from House of Leaves.

Also, I watched their earlier "Dreams & Eating" again, and noticed Vince mentioning his dream about "running through the woods near his old elementary school".
I never noticed if it was mentioned or inferred that the three of them went to the same elementary school, but it seems likely weird stuff went down with all of them when they were kids.

That is actually 0.02%, because I despise Twilight. But now I can say, "Oh, your team is a vampire? My team is fighting Slenderman," and I can win against the Twihards!

I still can't figure out, though, why they would be talking to Evan after 'Jokes Over'. Or at least have him be knife distance away. I wonder how long they've been friends.

I also wonder if something bad is going to happen to Jeff, and the gang is going to have to go save him, and they bring along Damsel who will save the day (I keep thinking of this like it's a movie, but they keep knocking my beliefs taught to me from the TV down).

After spending the past week or so tearing through this board to catch up on anything I may have missed in the videos, I feel it's finally time to contribute.

I don't see why Vinny would stop talking to Evan after the "Joke's Over" vid. Sure, he goes all giggly-creepy, but his reaction could be entirely stress-related. I don't know about you, but I, for one, would not want to remove a potential ally in the case of a SlenderStalking. If and until he proves beyond a shadow of a doubt to be a threat, keeping him around is going to be a plus. At the very least, he may drop some hints.

Also, how sure are we that Damsel's even going to help out, at least in a real physical sense? In her last Twitter post, she's blatantly asking other people to find Jessa; whether fear or school's going to keep her back, I'm not expecting to see her step outside of her blog-world for a while yet.

It might just be me then, but I think that if some crazy guy/monster/thing was stalking me, and then one of my friends started acting crazy with the laughing and the knives and the smirking, and the other friend just up and left with only a HoL quote circled and a static-y video...Well, I would be a little less trusting and a whole lot more freaking out. For me it would be that anything that could be conceived as a threat in the slightest would be immediately gone from my life.

Well, she's the only one who knows anything. She's faced Slendy before and is still alive, which makes her the most knowledgeable and the one most likely to help. The next one in line looks like it would be Jeff and as previously stated he's far away. It seems like she's really the only one that could save them right now.

If Damsel does get involved in the action, I think it might be a while. She seems to have been characterized as being pretty gun-shy from her previous encounter, leading to a sort of passivity. I can see her either joining in the fight unexpectedly at the last minute, playing up the reluctant heroine trope, or ultimately serving as the sole survivor/end-game announcer.

 		Mira, look at that! (sorry, I HAD to use that pun, even in a sentence that is only semi relevant, been wanting to use that for a while) They look fairly nice, almost fitting that Damsel's is soooo different from the rest (and close to Slendy's thanks to the grey)
