So, Sherpa, how far is Cambridge from London? Like an hour?
(Says me, who has to walk about five blocks round trip from my desk at work to get one of the axons ...)

Certainly is unexpected, but if I remember correctly there where a few people from other countries that were dissapointed to be left out of this part of the game. Hopefully one of them is close.
Other wise, anyone have any friends near london?

IF YOU REMEMBER CORRECTLY?
Yeah, it's safe to say that a number of people were upset.

If I'm reading it right, then it's near Leicester Square. Pretty cool!

Actually, Mapquest seems to think that it is closer to Soho. Anyone have a link that points somewhere else than this one? UK Axon!
I wish I could go tomorrow, but I cannot afford the bus ride from Oxford.

If an axon can appear in London, I wonder what's to stop one from appearing in China?

Ironically this axon's going to be just north of Chinatown.

Last time I was in England, they had just opened up an express train from (I think) King's Cross in London to Cambridge that (according to the sign) took 45 min...
'Course that was in... '95 I think... So things have probably changed.

Well the PMs haven't moved the coordinate, so it's definite, I'll be going in to London to find me an Axon! Yay! (It better bloody work!)
Anyone who thinks they might want to come along aswell, please read my post on this page which has links to a map and even a picture of the place!
- Malrog is embarrassingly giddy
