doesn't seem like there are enough digits to be specific enough for coordinates.

I came into this late (like last week) so I'm trying to get caught up. Just at a glance (and not meaning to show my age) but why does what follows the Call Class portion look like old modem command codes?

I just called 866-222 8218 on my cell phone, and got what sounds like a modem attempting to connect. Anyone have a modem hooked up? I'll have to dig around and find my old one.

888 prefix doesn't work.

googling the 866 version returns a "Mr Number" website that seems to be for identifying the different phone numbers. http://mrnumber.com/1-866-222-8218

This one says it's "Buildblock building systems llc oklahoma city"
http://www.ggdegg.com/866-222-8218

googling Buildblock comes up with:
http://www.buildblock.biz/
http://www.buildblock.com/
That company does have another 866-222-xxxx number.

I tried dialing up with my modem using the default settings ... do you know how to convert the punch card information into modem settings?

possible solution
punch card translation

Is it at all possible that the odd symbols are from the ice cream ranks? Perhaps in lieu of stars he used & or * to indicate a rank?

punch card answer

Instead of everyone going crazy trying to figure out the meaning of the cards could it be as simple as adding up all of the dashes to come up with a number? New recruit 855 345 and candidate verification 844 637.
