I finished a neutral Bit recently.

I spray painted it blue after constructing it and than sealed it with a matte coat, it helps get rid of the lines and makes it more solid.

We're actually considering attempting to get Disney's blessing for making the pins. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting in touch with them?
im seeing the director of marketing for disney on the 20th...

So, how did the meeting with the marketing director go? 3 days later and I'm sure some of us are curious...

Hey,
Until I get myself a real Flynn Lives shirt, I made myself a pretty good replica that I'm quite happy with. For those interested here is what I did.

I downloaded a free photohop type program called paint.net. You can get it here:http://www.dotpdn.com/files/Paint.NET.3.5.5.Install.zip
I grabbed the Flynn Lives logo, cropped it, used the magic wand to make the background transparent, resized it, then uploaded it to http://www.vistaprint.ca
Then they mailed it to my house.

The shirt cost me $3, the shipping was $5 (Canadian dollars).

I used the Flynn Lives logo front the operation tron poster, which was a mistake. It was too small and I lost some quality when I made the image bigger, I should have used the pic right at the top of the main site. So I'm just gonna make another one.

But let me be clear, this is not a high quality shirt. It is very thin and I'm sure if you put it next to a real FL shirt you will see the difference, but the price was right and it should hold me over until I get a real one.

Here is a picture for anyone who is curious to see how it came out.

Good to hear, thanks Steve. Are you sending the tracking codes for those who paid for insurance with tracking?

So I was wondering if anyone knew whether there were shops that created diecast figurines based on the customers design. If so I think it would be awesome to make diecast miniatures based on the original bits that were sent out. Maybe like two inches in height, and using a similar stand design as the papercraft posted in this thread. Put the Tron symbol on the front of the stand and maybe the Unfiction badge on the back.
