When the thread is moved, could you edit your first post to tell new viewers where to go? That way you won't have as many knee-jerk reactions of "gtfo of the forums and stop lifting the curtain!"... which I admit was my first thought on seeing this.
Ok, no problem.

No offense, but the additional notes at the end was a bit redundant.

Yeah, I realized after I uploaded it I used the word "seems" to much. The additional notes thing probably won't continue unless there's another video like this.

I am sorry, but this has to be the most awful Slender Man I have ever seen. It just looks like a doll or something, and when I saw it, I actually laughed out loud. You need to have a dude or something wearing a Slender Suit™ for it to be believable.

Please, I don't have a lot to work with. I was alone when I filmed that and had to use my sisters dress form as the model. I'm trying to make as many adjustments as I can to make things look better.
My friends are willing to help, so I can get one of them to wear a slendy suit.
Also, I didn't really come here to get criticized for every little thing, I'm looking for help on writing and tips. No offence, but just saying "Get some dude to be slender man" Isn't just something I can do on command.
but I do thank people for the advice and tips they have been giving.

I am being harsh, because I cannot understand how you could look at that Slender Man and think it was okay. You should have been more patient and waited till you could do a decent Slender Man before going ahead.
This isn't a little thing we are talking about. The quality of your Slender Man will make or break the believability of the series. And as of this vid, it is broken.

yea man.... these are pretty sick and all, way beyond my skill level, but if ur gonna make a legit series, u gotta get everything perfect.
u can keep those vids, but make sure they r perfect before uploading them, no matter how long it takes.
look at marble hornets, we had a three month wait for a video, but the vid was phenomenal, and the fanbase grew even more.

The problem with that comparison is that MH already had a fanbase.
Any new series doesn't have that. A new series has to start from scratch; while there are some definite ways to improve pacing (do what MH didn't and plan ahead. Do as much filming in as short a time frame as possible while maintaining quality. Build a "buffer" of 2-3 entries so that you can release them when it's dramatically appropriate, not due to actor restrictions and so on), it's still a lot of work to pull it off!
I'd recommend not including Slendy if you can't do it perfectly; a few entries without him could be good for pacing!

That's something I have been thinking about doing. Does anyone know what the entries should consist of?
For now, I'm completely out of ideas.
If someone has any good ideas for "non-slendy" entries than feel free to message me.
And Trygon, thanks for your, er, "aggressive" criticism. I'm doing what I can to improve to look of everything.

I'd suggest to you to take down those videos and start outlining a storyline, where you really et all your ideas together and consider a fixed timeline etc.
The most important thing to this is a.) having people involved who help/act well b.) have a constant timeline, so you know the plot, filler and Slendy action and can decide when to use a plot device or slendy or a "messenger" (like TTA).
So before you post, make sure you have a loose script. Outline 3 months in advance, and then you're on the safe side. This way you can script a year of Videos and even decide for a second season.
But yeah, better can those for now and really start writing your ideas down.

Oh, screw you, Trygon. Not all of us are guys, or else have guy friends who would fit the part for Slendy. Maybe that particular version could be better, but there are other ways to achieve a means to that end, too.
Anyways, I agree with pretty much everything else here: get an idea of your script before filming, run it by some friends for ideas or changes, decide about how long you want the series to last. On top of that, I'd do some research of digital film distortion, as the TV static that you used seemed outdated -- that might just be my opinion, though!

In my opinion, I would have preferred you not tell us you're creating this. Something about admitting in the beginning that it is all fake kind of ruins it for me :/
