line drawings get turned into stamps. talismans get added to the archive and featured on the website.

personally i only have one self adhesive stamp in my passport and that's from when mailman mike was handing them out during the last meeting. other than that i think most if not all of us are just waiting for the event this coming saturday.

I have two National Park stamps! There are multiple sites within the city where you can get them.

And don't forget to send your SASE's to the stamp windows at Burning Man!

Shady Gaga- have you tried logging in to the ENS website? You've been given more info than we have, you're more likely to figure out a username/password combo.

The ENS hasn't given me any information. They made a big deal out of setting up a voicemail for me, and getting the box, but since then, no response out of them. I saw the login box at the ENS site, but have no idea how to sign in.

I think maybe they used me as a red herring-- made it seem like I was going to be some sort of double-agent, but then quietly selected someone else from within the EPS to do their dirty work. Keep your eyes open, people!

Also, did anyone else get a weird postcard about butterflies?

and to complete the trifecta, the Dublin stamp window:

my proxy had a bit of trouble there which i'm trying to sort out with the EPS (the Dublin representative would only put the name of my proxy on my courtesy visa and not my own), but i'm very pleased that it could happen at all.

most unfortunately and with a dose of irony, though i was able to wrangle proxy visits to the stamp windows around the world, i won't be able to make it to the local tour this weekend (i get back from a trip to NYC mere hours later). i hope everyone enjoys it though, and i would love to exchange passport stamps at the next opportunity (perhaps at the SF stamp window on the 15th).

be well, friends.

I got one a few weeks ago, but nothing recently. I'll see if I can scan and post it in the next couple of days.

The ENS card
Run-on sentence warning.

So somewhere in the craziness that was finding the memory card in the ENS coin and then going to Chicago on vacation and getting sick with strep throat AGAIN before leaving for that and work and what and whatever, I thought Shady G. had posted the contents of the card, but Everfalling asked me on Saturday when Shady or I were going to post the contents, and I was all "whaaa?" so thank you Everfalling for hitting me with a cluestick and here you guys go: http://x.7au.net/misc/ens-card/

So I just returned from Burning Man, where I filled up several pages of my passport. The stamps are beautiful, and Mike and Hans were a lot of fun. Has anyone gotten their visa they mailed in for it yet? Apparently there were a ton of letter requests.

And I returned to find out my talisman had arrived at EPS. hooray!

Also, I took a trip out to the wave organ, where the stamp window in 2020 is scheduled. What did I find?

oooOOOoooh.

So, did anyone make it to the Sept 4th walk? Any stories?

I was unfortunately unable to make it out on Sept 4th as well.

Did anyone go? Any photos, etc?
