I've just tried to rip some EXIF data from that pic, nothing doing. I was so sure that this would be some kind of obvious clue that she's still alive.
It looks as though Damsel has some kind of guilt hiding behind her cute and goofy exterior, judging by her strikethroughs and admission of a criminal past of some variety (probably traffic violations or something though).

O.K. Now I'm convinced we some separate forum for this. I mean, come on, we now have two YouTube accounts, two twitter feeds, live ustream shows, possibly two tumblrs, and decode-and-fetch quests that have involved people from both unfiction and SA. And we're only 2/7 of the way to the end! (And that assuming that's what the boxes even mean); there's no telling what else they're going to throw at us, or how long this will stretch out.

Yeah, sorry for putting it so bluntly and being extra "No shit Sherlock" about it, but I figured someone had to call attention to the sign.

This is really bugging me, I've been staring at it (magnified a great deal half the time) and I still have no idea what it's for. More obviousness: It definitely was intentially placed. The hallways to clean to have that laying around, it's stained yellow with age, perhaps a piece of wall? Too big to be normal paper, doubt it would be paper at all. If we go with the piece of wall idea it seems likely to be related to the building from the nature walk or the burned out building.

The other girl really doesn't look all that much like Jessa, but blame that on shitty phone-camera quality.

Looks to me more like an old sticker/sticky label that's been picked away at and is stuck to the mirror. I just ran a "find edges" filter in Photoshop, which suggests, to my eye, that it is indeed stuck to the mirror.

I feel like an idiot, a closer (or, ironically, more far away. That is, not zoomed) shows it as a sticker attached. So you were right.

Has anyone thought of where this picture was taken?

Those mirrors aren't really seen anywhere expect medical facilities (hospitals, asylums, etc.) They are used when pushing a bed around a corner to make sure you aren't gonna collide with someone else. So, the question is, why are they in a hospital?

Taking from the fact they are taking goofy pictures in the halls (brilliant shot, by the way) I am guessing they aren't visiting someone who is sick as they might be a bit more reserved. They seem to be dressed pretty nice, so maybe they are going for a doctors appointment?

Who knows, I probably read WAY too far into that.


Also, anyone have a guess why the girl not holding the phone (Jessa?) looks surprised? From what I can see Damsel looks like she is smirking.

I think it just looks like they're posing for the picture. And I'm not sure about the mirror, but the hallway looks like it could just be a generic academic building hallway, which makes sense considering they're in class together.

It might not be at a hospital. I know, at least 5 years back, that my old elementary school still had mirrors like that. And a few years ago, my old high school had them, until they got cameras installed.

There are still bubble mirrors floating around in schools, it's just few and far between. But that's just what I think, haha.

Yeah I figured it was whatever building their art class meets in. It doesn't have to be a hospital; heck my town has those mirrors on some bike paths at blind corners. Basically I do think you are reading way too much into it
